| NEW Realistic HUD for the FSX F/A-18 Hornet |

File Description:
A realistic head-up display (HUD) for the FSX Acceleration F/A-18 Hornet. The HUD is an enhanced version of the original HUD for the F/A-18 by Scott Printz. The original functionality Scott built into it is preserved, and the following new features are added: 1) Precise ILS and TACAN navigation for aircraft carriers (including moving carriers) that allow carrier landings in low visibility and at night. 2) The HUD symbology is conformal to the outside world: The horizon bar stays on the horizon, velocity vector shows actual flight path as read against the outside world (if you keep your vector pointed at a certain spot on the runway, this is exactly where you will land). 3) Caged mode with ghost vector for use in heavy side wind conditions. 4) Elements repositioned to make the HUD look as close as possible to the real Hornet HUD. This package contains replacement effects to be used with my packages "63 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic for Europe and South America", "75 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic" and "Patch for 75 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic".
The new wake files resolve the problem descried by some as "heavenly" wakes. Some obscure difference makes ship wakes including certain parameters turn towards the heaven in P3D while they work as intended in FSX.
In order to get full benefit of this package you must first download and install "63 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic for Europe and South America" and "75 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic" and "Patch for 75 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic" in the mentioned order.
These replacement files are only for P3D.

This livery is tested in FSX SP2 and it should work in P3DV4 with the PBR set. This livery requires POSKY/Skyspirit 777-200LRF for FS2004/FSX/P3D. (Google for it!)

RAAS provides crew members with information concerning the aircraft's position relative to an airport's runway during taxi, takeoff, final approach, landing and rollout to improve situational awareness and reduce the likelihood of a runway incursion. From FsRaas 1.1, 8 functions are added (Extended Hold On Runway, Short Runway Takeoff, Short Runway Landing, Distance Remaining in Meters, Landing Flaps, Too High, Too Fast, Unstable), and some other functions are upgraded. Thanks for so many feedbacks from FsRaas users! Works with both FSX and FS2004.
