The sharkmouth and the name "Ropey" refer to Lancaster VR-R, KB772 of the 419th Squadron - RCAF during the Second World War.

File Description:
Lockheed Hudson MkIII T9364 NO-F "Ypenburg", of the RAF 320 (RDNAF) Squadron, which crashed on 25 february 1942 during take-off from Carew Cheriton, Wales, killing all aboard expect for the pilot, who was thrown clear.
Repaint for the Alphasim Lockheed Hudson by Jan Kees Blom. It probably works in FS9 too, but I haven't checked.
