This is Songwe International Airport (HTGW). Located in Mbeya, Tanzania, It is one of Tanzania's newest Airport. The Main Terminal is still under construction but the Airport is Operational. It currently has the longest runway in the country. Built by Sketchup and ADE v1.70. Needs Lens EZ library, "Warehouse Airport and Vehicles", ESDG Ramp Lights and Parking Lots Large SS FS9 scenery objects for FS9

File Description:
This is the second of five sceneries around Lac Saint-Jean in Quebec, Canada. Alma, the town, is 7 miles east of Lac Saint-Jean, on both the northern and southern banks of the Saguenay River. The airfield is at the southern edge of the town, with a single 13-31 runway 5,000 feet long and approach lighting at both ends. There is a visible ILS sytem but this was no longer in operation by 2010, the approximate date setting of this scenery. The largest operation on the field, by far, is Panorama Helicopters (actually Helicopteres Panorama) and this is reflected in the AI and a parked static helicopter. The ai includes helicopters that were originally posted as part of the payware Alaska Fjords series, with the permission of FSAddon. There are also other planes listed that will be required here or for the future posts in this series and are included here. The amphibious Beaver AI plane will only be available if you already have the payware Aerosoft Beaver installed, and I should have made it clear that the float Beaver included in the CTD3 AI was also an Aerosoft plane.

| Dolbeau-St-Felicien CYDO in Quebec Canada |

File Description:
This is the fourth of five sceneries around Lac Saint-Jean in Quebec, Canada. Saint-Felicien is a village on a small river at the western end of Lac Saint-Jean, and the airfield is just under 10 miles to the northeast. At the same distance further to the northeast of the airfield and on a slightly larger river is the village called Dolbeau. The village of Sainte-Methode is closer than either of the other villages but presumably lacked influence. The airfield effectively has one runway aligned 11-29 and just under 5,000 feet long, with approach lights on 11. There is, or was, a second runway aligned north-south but this has badly deteriorated without maintenance and has loose stones that threaten propellor damage. The taxiway that runs east-west is in a similar condition and all planes operate as if there is no taxiway. There is a clubhouse and a maintenance facility along with a line of old hangars that remain in full use, plus planes parked in the open. The landclass has been modified along with the grassed area of the airfield, and in the AI (included with the post of CYRC) there are scheduled flights by Max Aviation, and GA flights etc. It is a really typical airfield in northern(ish) rural Canada with a lot more activity than one might expect.

Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA) (IATA: JRO, ICAO: HTKJ) is an international airport in northern Tanzania that serves the cities of Arusha and Moshi. These are replacement bgl's to convert five northern Canada fields for use with the FSGenesis 76m terrain mesh for northern Canada. The five are Byron Bay CWBB, Cape Dyer CWFD, Cape Hooper CWFH, Dewar Lakes CWFL, and Durban Island CWFB. These are not stand-alone, and the presumption is that you have already downloaded and installed the previously posted sceneries. The installation consists solely of replacing the existing scenery bgl's with the new. There will be further posts of northern airfields in groups of five, alphabetically, and observations regarding the amendments and any further corrections that are required would be welcomed.
