There sure is more than one reason to go to Aspen and this is sure another must-have of my Colorado sceneries. If you're coming IFR there's a couple of very demanding approach procedures. From a LOC/DME to several visual approaches there's everything your heart might desire. Due to the steep and high surrounding terrain these are quiet some hair raisers (see www.airnav.com/airport/KASE). If you're coming VFR then the traffic pattern altitude is 9.005 ft for light aircraft (vs. 9.505 for aircraft 12.500 lbs or more). Weather and wind permitting, RW15 is preferred for all landings (left pattern). RW33 has a right pattern and is preferred for all takeoffs. You even need a written permission to depart RW15. When departing VFR make a right turn to a heading of 360 degrees ASAP for noise abatement and hold this heading for at least 2 miles from the field. And don't forget to enjoy the impressive mountain scenery with two 14ers: Snowmass Mtn. and Castle Pk. to the southwest. This scenery brings you another 3.500 sq km of beautiful Colorado in 4.7m/pix quality. Colorado Springs South (KCOS), Colorado, Photo-Scenery (FS9 & FSX)
This region covers the area of Colorado Springs. Just west of the city you can fly around Pikes Peak. At 14.115ft it is the easternmost of Colorado's 54 fourteeners. Northwest of the city lies the Garden Of Gods with its many vertical rock formations. They are made of sedimentary beds red and white sandstones, conclomerates and limestone that were deposited horizontally but have been tilted vertically and faulted by the immense mountain building forces caused by the uplift of the Pikes Peak massiv. Deep within Chayenne Mountain is the North American Aerospace Defense Command's (NORAD) main technical facility which collects and evaluates data from a worldwide system of satellites, radars and other sensors.

Ever wanted to know how the scenery looks like around Kremmling VOR? Now you got the chance! This region covers the area around Kremmling and the northern part of the Gore Range. At Kremmling the Colorado River meets both the Blue River and the Muddy Creek. West of Kremmling you can see Gore Canyon. This rugged and steep canyon is almost 1000ft deep and was carved by the Colorado River on its way thru the Gore Range.
To explore the scenery depart from Mc Elroy Airfield (20V) in Kremmling and head north. High resolution versions of this scenery for FS9 and FSX (much sharper, but larger and multiple downloads) are available at www.blueskyscenery.com/GNB_West.html . File Description:
This package includes fully detailed scenery of the Reading Regional Airport (KRDG) in Reading, Pennsylvania, USA including the grounds of the Mid Atlantic Air Museum. All objects were constructed in Gmax and feature photo-realistic textures that bring them very close in appearance with their real-world counterparts. Scenery features include radio frequency-controlled hangar door animations, realistic AI GA and Commercial traffic and even the inclusion of an important local VFR landmark.

File Description:
This will add the new terminal, parkings and taxiways to the aeroworx free version of FAJS in South Africa. I dont know if aeroworx are going to update the airport now named Oliver R Tambo Intl. This is just a temp update. I modified the aeroworx afcad and added a few buildings, but the new terminal isn't life like or photo real, but it will give you the general idea. Follow read me for instilation.

In Real Terrain Colorado you will see the mountains just west of Denver in very high detail. You can actually take off from Denver international and struggle to stay above the terrain as you fly into the mountains, that is if you are using a small aircraft like the Cessna 172SP Skyhawk. Also in Real Terrain Colorado, It Creates Very detailed valleys. It is very relaxing flying through the valleys during a nice sunny afternoon. Real Terrain Colorado is Split up into two Packs. You do not need to download both packs to enjoy this Scenery, buy it is Highly Recommended.
