File Description:
The Bora Bora airport is located on one of the Motus, which surround the Island of Bora Bora. The Motus are raised coral reefs which act as break waters, and create the beautiful turquoise lagoons which surround the French Polynesian Islands. This scenery is a complete remake of the original, and is now much more accurate as to what the airport looks like. It contains the main terminal, a fire station attached to the tower with fuel tanks, open air hangar structures, two helipads, and wood stairs taking you down to the boat docks where you are transported to the main island. This is one of the most unique French Polynesian Islands with it's beautiful and interesting mountain structure. Using the terrain mesh by Rolf Keibel and John Applegate will tremendously enhance this part of the world in FS. It is available at Flightsim under the name fpsimesh.zip. Afcad by Ray Smith is also included.

Chile VFR – Islas Juan Fernandez is an add-on scenery area for use with Flight Simulator 2002 and 2004. This scenery area cover the archipelago is made up of three islands, Robinson Crusoe(Isla Mas Atierra)at S033° 38’ W078° 52’, Alejandro Selkirk (Isla Mas Afuera)at S033°45’ W080°45’ and the small Santa Clara.
The terrain mesh of scenery area is improved with SRTM-3 data, besides are improved the land class area.

FS2004 Scenery - Naval Submarine Base New London Groton CT. On the east bank of the Thames River near Groton, CT, New London Naval Submarine Base was the birthplace of the submarine force. It was originally a Navy yard, converted to a submarine base in 1916, and greatly expanded in World War II. The advent of nuclear power required an improvement in training and support facilities. By 1959, New London had become the largest submarine base in the world with 8,210 active personnel. The base was recommended for closure by the DoD in the 2005 BRAC Recommendations. CHANGES IN V2: 1. The trees I used in V1 use the hard winter textures when they should be using the regular winter textures. This results in the added trees being covered in snow while the rest of the trees are not. It looked too weird. I replaced them with a different set of trees. The new trees will sometimes appear darker than the default trees due to shading, but they will at least display the correct seasonal textures. It's not perfect, but it's an improvement. 2. The default windsock ended up unders the added trees, so I moved it. V1 of this scenery is not required.

This is a reload of my recent Haneda scenery (RJTT_JS.zip) and contains all fixes and missing files. Haneda International (RJTT) is one of the oldest (1931) civil airports in Japan. Over 80% of its traffic is domestic and, with the opening of the new Terminal 2, is a major hub for both JAL and ANA airlines. This scenery I did for myself because I've always preferred Haneda to Narita. This scenery includes photo-ground cover for the airport with custom objects including the new runway 5 island and harbor Aqualine structures. Certainly not a patch on the many fine commercial sceneries available but it's free and an improvement over the default.
