It is second largest airport in the south region of the country and the largest for the province of Balochistan. It is situated 12 km south-west of the city spread over an area of 35 acres (140,000 m2).

Isola Delle Femmine is a meny litle island (really a big rock) sited at N/W of the Palermo city . The importance of this cliff is the position on the short final to runway 25 of Punta Raisi - Falcone Borsellino (licj); so it is important for flight simulation as the real approaching, because it is a good landmark for the runway.

This certificate aerodrome for ULM's has no published ICAO assigned, so for ease of flight simulation, I've gave it the fake LPBV and is to be used with freeware PTTerrain of PTSIM (http://www.ptsim.com); digital photos taken at the place that have been applied to buildings and other equipment.
Freeware for FS9. Not tested for FSX.

File Description:
Merrill Field is in Anchorage Alaska, between Anchorage International to the southwest and and Elmendorf Air Force Base to the north. It caters for general aviation and is the land equivalent of the Lake Hood float plane base (see my post) with fuel and numerous maintenance facilities, and several hundred parking spots for small planes. There are three runways, and the longest is 4,000 feet of 100 feet wide asphalt, the second 2,635 feet of asphalt 75 feet wide, and the third 2,000 feet of 60 feet wide gravel. It is a controlled airfield with a modern control tower. There are almost 50 buildings on the field and three quarters of them have been modeled specifically for this scenery. The download includes a LITE version for older computers as there are a lot of static parked aircraft.
