Pacchetto Siracusa

With this second edition of AvioClub Siracusa are also added 3D structures, such as windsock, trees, an office with clubhouse, a static car, hangar with animated doors and heliport. I also added the Eliporto di Siracusa for helicopters with hangar and windsock. TimeZone 2.2/3.0 Update 2

File Description:
Europe200 and Russia West had strange time anomalies in FS9, specifically where timezone borders were at 30E, 45E, and 60E longitude. The borders have been shifted to the east by one full degree. Timezone coverage in these areas weren't affected. Also changed is INDIA530, where Sri Lanka used to observe the same timezone with India, is now GMT+6. This update replaces Update1, which is now obsolete.

TimeZone 2.2/3.0 Update 5

File Description:
1. Europe reworked so that all of Finland is in the correct TZ. Lithuania now observes DST. 2. All previous updates are included here. Installation: Replace the BGLs with that from the appropriate archive, FS8 for FS8 and before, and FS9 for FS9. IMPORTANT: Delete eur200.bgl if it exists since fs8eur2.bgl and fs9eur2.bgl replaces it.
