Autopilot Input Pad

File Description:
This input/storage pad allows both altitude and heading values to be entered into the autopilot in an accurate and convenient fashion by simply pressing keys on the gauge. The gauge contains two memories for storing heading or altitude values. Numeric pad, Enter keys, Clear and Backspace buttons work in similar way as pocket calculators. Can be installed on panel or inside separate window. Makes IFR easy as pie by reducing stress-induced errors during hectic approaches.

AI Radar, Traffic Collision Avoidance System

File Description:
FS2004 Gauge: AI Radar, Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS). This gauge has five ranges from 1 NM to 30 NM. It displays all moving aircraft in green within the selected range. A switch will allow static aircraft to also be displayed in white when desired. Traffic Advisory (TA) aircraft are displayed in yellow, Resolution Advisory (RA) aircraft are shown in red. AI aircraft have their relative altitudes pinned to each aircraft symbol. Bearing to an aircraft can be obtained using the optional 360-degree sweep cursor. For panel or separate window installation. VTOL/Hover gauge for IRIS' F-35B JSF

File Description:
This freeware gauge adds VTOL & Hover features to the IRIS F-35B JSF. Besides true vertical takeoff&landing, it allows you to fly forward, backward, sideways and turn, while in a hover. This solution is based on overriding the normal FS flightdynamics while in a hover, simular to the implementation of catapult launch / cable arrest in my Carrier Operation Package; in short, it's a VTOL&Hover FDE coded in a gauge. Special thanks to Doug Dawson, who created a gauge that provides for overriding FS2004 variables from an XML gauge. VTOL for Helicopters

File Description:
This package contains a VTOL control gauge for FS9 Helicopters, that works around some FS9 limitations and/or incorrect flightdynamics, which makes them sometimes hard to control them; especially at low airspeed and when you have your Realism sliders set above minimum. It provides: - Smooth and stable VTOL capabilities, with pilot-controlled ascent/descent rate, longitudinal and lateral speed, heading, pitch and bank. - Works also in windy conditions. - Automatic activation below 25 Knots IAS, so does not influence the aircraft's flight characteristics in normal flight. - Adds an Autohover/Autopilot function. Afterburner Control gauge

File Description:
This freeware gauge controls an aircraft's Afterburner: (1): Includes an on/off switch and state-light. (2): It prevents the Afterburner being activated if throttle < 95%. (3): Controls a visible effect via the LOGO lights. (4): Controls an audible Afterburner sound and switch-click sound. Although it can be used for any aircraft with an Afterburner, the installation instructions (with examples for two very popular aircraft) assume that you have my Carrier Operation Package (file rcbco-20.zip) installed for that aircraft. The README also explains how you can add real Afterburner thrust to your existing aircraft, using AirEd. By Rob Barendregt.

Selection Correction gauge

File Description:
Does one of these problems sound familar ?? 1. In my multi-engine aircraft, I suddenly find that my throttle controller only works for Engine-1, and I cannot correct this by typing (default keys) the keysequence E 1 2 (3 4). 2. In my aircraft that has an Exit-2, I cannot open/close Exit-2 by typing (default keys) the keysequence Shift-E 2 (instead Exit-1 opens/closes). If so, adding this invisible gauge to your panel should solve these problems. Easy to install, and fully documented. By Rob Barendregt.

File Description:

VTOL/Hover gauge for Adam Preece' GR7 Harrier, V1.1

If you use the previous version (RCBhcb10.zip): this version corrects a problem where the gauge gave problems when transitioning from hover to normal flight if you had loaded the aircraft in SpotPlane view. Plus some minor improvements. See README for upgrade instructions. This freeware gauge adds a whole new flightmodel and new VTOL & Hover featuresto Adam Preece' freeware Harrier.
