Airasia's Thai service aircraft with "Carabao" livery (9M-AAN)
Air Asia is a low-cost no frills Malaysian airline which operates
flights from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to various destinations
throughout Malaysia. It operates exclusively on Boeing 737-300 aircraft.
Thai Airasia is a jointventure company between Shin corp. Thailand
and Airasia Malaysia. Two aircraft are initialy used for thai domestic
flights using Bangkok Intl. as a hub with a plan to increase the number
upto 10 at the end of the year2004. Carabao(meaned buffalo) is a folk
star of Thailand and Thai Airasia presenter.

In this updated package, the Malay flag at the nose was moved to the side of the
frontal door,funny appearance of grey painted over area can be seen at the nose.
Main wheel red button was also added.
-----The folder contains all you need for flying the "CARABAO" ,just unzip and paste.
This aircraft has a ving view function and is as easy to fly as the default 737-400 and also very suitable for AI too!

Fuerza Aerea Ecuatoriana C-47A-DK FAE92066(HC-AVC),C/N 11825 builded by the
Oklahoma City production plant for the USAAF as 42-92066.One of the first early series C-47A builded in Oklahoma.The first C-47 was received by the FAE in 1946,together with a batch of P-47 Thunderbolts; 18 mixed planes(DC-3s,C-53Ds,C-49F,C-47D-L,C-47A and C-47B) were operated by the FAE and his transport service TAME founded in May 1962.After service with TAME, FAE92066 was sold to Colombia and operated as SAEP HK-3349,TAGUA HK-3349,Air Villavo HK-3349,Aerovilla HK-3349,SADELCA HK-3349X,ALCOM HK-3349,and VIARCO HK-3349(Active)(Reported also as derelict at Villavicencio).
The base textures for repainting are by Mark Beaumont,original textures are by Jan Visser.Repainted by Daniel Nole.In order to use these textures, you must already have the MAAM-SIM payware DC3 and the MAAM-SIM D-Day C-47 'Skytrain' and Dakota Mk III Expansion Pack installed in your FS2004 aircraft folder.

I know, I know, the "Quebecair" company dosen't have this kind of plane. Maybe in the future.
But this painting is not entirely fictive. The texture are has realistic has possible. Based on the real
SAAB 340 fleet. These textures are dedicated to all the virtual pilots of the world, especialy for
thoses of the province of Quebec. Enjoy! This paint have the unique particularity to possess a 100% external night texture done from scratch.
70% of theses night textures are absolutely new and stunning on this model. (Three horray for
Meljet!!!) Thank to Melvin Rafi to design such a great model. (Long live the king!!!)

| KLM Douglas DC-4-1009 PH-TAT |

Re-upload. FSX/FS2004 KLM Douglas DC-4-1009 PH-TAT. This was the first 'real' DC-4 delivered to KLM, on 16 March 1946, following the delivery of 18 ex-USAAF C-54 Skymasters. The aircraft was registered PH-TAT, named 'Twenthe'. This DC-4 and the sistership PH-TAP were the only DC-4/C-54's that wore this short-lived livery. From PH-TAR on KLM's DC-4's (and Skymasters) featured the famous 'The Flying Dutchman' livery. As PH-TAT, PJ-TAT and PH-DBT this aircraft served KLM in Europe and the Dutch West Indies until it was sold to Air France on 3 June 1958. After having flown with Trans Europe and Vargas Aviation it was impounded in July 1975 by the government of Niger and stored. The DC-4 has probably been scrapped since. These are textures only. Special thanks go to Jarink, who is a repainter in IL-2/PF. Jarink was kind enough to send me his layered photoshop files of the Noseart that I used for these repaints. I also used his repaints as a guide for my repaints.
This texture represents "Scorchy 2" from the 303rd BG. The B-17G started seeing action with the 303rd in October, 1943 and continued until the end of the war. Natural Metal finish was the standard from about March, 1944, but many planes were left in OD since stripping the paint was determined to be not worth the effort. The high-visibility red triangle group marking was adopted in August, 1944.
"Scorchy II" This was one of the first NMF (Natural Metal Finish) planes assigned to the 303rd BG. It was lost to a mid-air collision over Rottweil on 21 January, 1945. Only one crewman succeeded in bailing out.

| KLM Douglas DC-3 PK-ALW |

File Description:
After the occupation of the
Netherlands in May 1940 several KLM DC-3's got stuck in the
Dutch East Indies. One of them was PH-ALW 'Wielewaal'
('Oriole'). Although the DC-3 was operated as PK-ALW by
KNILM from 1 June 1940 on, she was still owned by KLM and
as such flew the shortened "Indies-route" Batavia to Lydda
(Palestine, by then under British mandate). On 7 March 1942
PK-ALW was the last civil aircraft to leave the Dutch East
Indies when the Japan invaded the island archipel. From
then on the aircraft continued its career in Australia,
first as a military aircraft and after the war as an
airliner, registered VH-INR. The DC-3 still exists (2007) as a static
museumpiece of the Queensland Air Museum in Caloundra,
Queensland. The repaint of PK-ALW is based on the templates
Mark Beaumont created for the MAAM-SIM Douglas DC-3
(passenger version), which were based on Jan Visser's
original textures. This repaint has not been tested for FSX
but will probably function there as well. Repaint by

| Douglas VC-54C-1-DO 'Sacred Cow' |

File Description:
Built a C-54A-5-DO Skymaster at Santa Monica, CA, for the USAAF (c/n 7470) and delivered on 26 January 1944. Converted to VC-54C-1-DO for personal use by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Irreverent journalists promptly named it 'Sacred Cow'. The VC-54C contained an electric elevator to lift the polio-struck Roosevelt and his wheelchair on board. The elevator was raised from the ground into the aircraft's belly for which purpose a hatch in the bottom of the fuselage could be opened. President Roosevelt made only a few flights with the 'Sacred Cow', the most famous journey being to and from the Yalta Conference with Stalin and Churchill in the Soviet Union.
Following the death of Roosevelt, his successor Harry S. Truman continued using the 'Sacred Cow' till July 1947. Nowadays the aircraft is on display at the Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, be it with a different serial number. These are textures only. You will require Jens B. This package contains two repaints for Jens B. Kristensen's FS2004 Douglas DC-4 & C-54 V3.0. One repaint represents Resort Airlines' C-54A (modified to DC-4 standard) N65142 while on lease to Slick Airways from 1 July 1959 till 30 June 1960 for military charter flying (Logair) for the U.S. Government. After having returned to Resort Airlines she was placed in open storage at Oakland, CA. The other repaint represents the same aircraft in her British ferry markings she carried in July 1961. Around 1961-62 five ex-Resort C-54s which had been stored at Oakland for some time, ranging from several months to 6 years, were rescued by Aviation Traders (of Southend and Stansted, England) from the scrapdealer's axe and converted to ATL.98 Carvair car-ferry and cargo aircraft. N65142, which was in a very poor condition after her Logair period of minimal maintenance and repeated overloading, as well as the abuse by the elements during the open air storage close to sea water, was one of these lucky birds.
