LGAT Version 2

File Description:
Update for previous version. Fixes some bugs and improves the general layout of the airport. This file sets Athens Athinaikon (LGAT) to the state found at an picture at airliners.net. Today, LGAT, the former main airport of Athens, is closed and replaced by LGAV - Athens Venizelos. The western part of the airport seems to be demoslished and half-way being replaced by a park. On the eastern part, some retired 747-200, 727 and DC3 of Olympic Airlines wait for their destruction. This AFCAD keeps half of the airport usable, enough to house some GA traffic and a few airliners as a buffer. This airport is only based on one single picture at airliners.net. It doesn't keep it's earlier functionality (of the 1990's) as there are only a few parking positions left.

Athens - Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport, Greece (LGAV) ILS Update

File Description:
This version replaces my all previously uploaded versions. It corrects the position of the ILS localizers and glideslopes to make hnds off approaches possible. It is mandatory that you replace the old version. This file makes FS2004 use the correct taxiways and gates at the airport of Athens Venizelos, Greece (will work with the scenery LGAV2002 by George Dorkofikis ONLY). It keeps the AI Aircraft from taxiing cross country. It was created with AFCAD 2.04. It contains enough parkings for many large, small and medium and prop airliners and some general aviation and cargo parkings. Every parking position should be included. Schengen (intra EU except UK) and non-Schengen traffic will be kept seperated. All parking radiuses set according to George Dorkofikis informations that come with the scenery. Had to make a few compromises, but nothing serious.

File Description:
AFCAD2 file for LGKR - Kerkyra Airport (Korfu). For use with the freeware scenery Kerkira Project 2003 by Sakis Vlachopoulos and Nikos Dimitratos only! This is version 1.1 and replaces my previous AFCAD files. (AF2_LGKR_LEX09.zip, AF2_LGKR_LEX10.zip). Only changed the position of the VOR to the position depicted in the scenery.

USGS SRTM30 1 arc-second, resampled to LOD10 (38.2 meters). This terrain mesh is centered at Joshua Tree National Park in southern California. Coverage area: From West 115.1° to West 117.4° and North 33.7° to North 34.3°. It includes the National Park, the Palm Springs area with Mount San Jacinto and the San Bernardino Mountains.

AI flight plans for use with Flight Simulator 2002 or 2004, based on the company's Winter 2003/4 timetable which is published on their web site at http://www.sunexpress.com.tr/. I have tried to make these flights as accurate as possible, but analysis of the schedules show the utilisation to be very unbalanced (presumably they undertake an amount of unscheduled work), so some minor adjustments have been made.
