Old Radio Musical Broadcast - 1950's

File Description:
This file is the second sample of "Old Time Radio" with an added "shortwave effect". It is an mp3, sampled at 96kbps and is monophonic. Details of the full-size (11 minute, 7.6Mb) file are given below. The sample (one minute) comes from part of a musical radio show - featuring a very popular orchestra from the 1950's - and is intended to give you a taste of the full-length version which is ideal for those who fly aircraft set in the 1930's through to the early 1960's. Readme is enclosed.

Based upon commercial topographic maps, the designed scenery includes, every hiking trail drawn in meticulous detail including every real life switchback; every lake and small alpine pond 20 feet in diameter and over, modified landclass of alpine, forest & rock; every perennial and many intermittent creeks, all steams and rivers (many braided), a complete glacier mapping of every glacier with custom textures and ice fields on the mountain, a complete mapping of all rock faces and rock, moraine rock deposits, glacier outwash area, mudflows, roads, swamp and marsh areas. Check Gear Gauge

File Description:
FS2004 Gauge- Check Gear Lamp. This is a generic gauge for all types of aircraft. It will issue two alerts; the first is a orange Caution to CHECK GEAR. If wheels are not extended and the aircraft continues with the landing approach, the second alert will then activate. It is a red Warning to CHECK GEAR. Lamps have Push-To-Test function. After takeoff, gauge will automatically enter a Standby mode and will signal that the gear position will be monitored during the next approach and landing.
