F-4S 157293 (DC 11) of VMFA-122 "Crusaders" stationed at MCAS Beaufort in 1985. This aircraft is credited with shooting down a Mig-21 on June 21, 1972 while operating as an F-4J assigned to VF-31 aboard the USS Saratoga (note the star on the port splitter plate). Pilot was CDR Sam Flynn and RIO (Radar Intercept Officer) was LT. Bill John. Probably not exact, just the work of a Phormer Phantom Phixer from VMFA-321 and VMFP-3 having some Phun. Thanks to John Detrick for allowing me to use his base textures and also Gus Robatto for allowing me to use his Tex2 texture. © ALPHA Simulations 2004\n\n

File Description:
This V.748D (C/N 101) was built for CAA as VP-YND and first flew on Thursday, 14 June 1956. It was the first Viscount to visit Vnukovo, Moscow, USSR on 29 June 1956 and was sent to collect the British Industry delegation who had attended the Soviet Aviation day celebrations. R M A Mweru was passed on to Air Rhodesia when CAA was disolved in 1965. It was shot down by a 'Strella' heat seeking surface to air (SAM) missile after take off from Kariba, Rhodesia 12 February 1979. It extends my Lake Powell sceneries to the south and brings you another

File Description:
FS2004 Scenery-Dillingham Airfield, Oahu, HI (PHDH) is a general aviation joint-use facility on the north shore of Oahu near the community of Waialua. The airfield has one 5,000' by 75' runway, a State-operated UNICOM (air traffic advisory) facility, several hangars, and a tie down area for recreation aircraft, but no other facilities. Air traffic is limited to daytime operations by small single-engine and light twin-engine aircraft, sailplanes, ultra-lights aircraft, and helicopters. Traditionally, the airfield has been used mainly for recreation, such as glider soaring, hang-gliding, parachuting, and sky jumping. A taxiway extension will be built in 2005. This scenery contains the eastern part of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. It extends from the town of Escalante down south where it connects with the Page/Lake Powell scenery. Contains the upper part of wonderful Escalante Canyon. To explore the scenery depart from Escalante Airport (1L7). Thanks to Joop Mak for providing a custom AFCAD that corrects the airport layout so that it matches with the photo-textures! File Description:
This scenery completely redoes the original right down to the last palm tree. It includes an all new terminal which is highly detailed, and now includes the entire airport. With a cargo area, hangar area, and airport office buildings. The default FS tower has been left in due to its nice rotating beacon on top which is something new in FS2004, but it has been incorporated into the scenery with the office buildings at it's base. The front of the airport has an all new parking lot complete with parked cars and landscaping. I have not used any objects which have known transition problems between FS2002 and 04, so it should also be completely compatible with FS2002.

Boeing 747-287 AEROLINEAS ARGENTINAS registration LV-MLP FS2004. This is a repaint of Aerolineas Argentinas 747-287 LV-MLP, one of the 6 200 series operated by ARG. The textures are painstakingly painted right down to the details with accurate markings, windows configuration, wings and engines. Mostly handpainted and features realistic dirt effects (after examining photos of the real bird). Day textures with realistic reflections are in DXT3 format for low size file. - It also includes some photorealistic misc, and internal parts textures (e.g. doors, 3D looking engine fans, below deck & main deck cargo compartments). All textures have been altered from the paintkit. Painted on Project Opensky's quality 747-200 v2004.8.5 gMAX model for FS2004.

My quest for soundset making is winding down. I have accomplished much in the last 2 years of sound design and I am proud that people enjoy my work. However, all good things must come to an end, so why not go out with a bang. I present to you, the Pratt & Whitney JT9D-7A, the Grandfather engine of the 747, in all of her noisy glory. Everything is in this set from startups, shutdowns, apu and system sounds, flaps, gear, touchdown, roll, and ofcorse the engines, all in stereo. If you know the quality of my soundsets then you will not be disappointed with this set. Recomended for use with the POSKY Boeing 747 Classics. Please Enjoy.
