File Description:
This airfield is in the mountains of Idaho, around 30 miles south of Johnson Creek 3U2 which was the third in the series to be posted. Sulphur Creek Ranch is a privately owned airfield, serving the "Ranch", which translates into "restaurant-bar-lodge-and-holiday-cabins". The field is at 5,744 feet ASL, and the runway is 2,920 feet long and aligned 10-28. It is a single-ended runway, with 28 used for landing and 10 for take offs; this is down to a large chunk of mountain occupying the sky at the western end of the runway. The AI planes comply with this single runway concept and the only snag is that you cannot announce a landing as there is no runway offered for you to select for landing in the AI procedure. When taking off runway 10 is offered and you can announce take off. The land used by the ranch is mostly flat, and with a slant approach on finals and a late turn it is fairly straightforward. The largest landark is the man-made lake. Morgan Ranch 02ID is nearby and the grass area has been modified down in size as per reality. The buildings have been omitted as they are not adjacent to the runway and not visible, and I have no information on them.

Aribus A330GE-CF6 80E1A soundpack

File Description:
Hi everybody! This is a simple update of Devyn Silverstein A330 GE-CF6 soundpack of 2005 (done with his permission).

I just increased whine volume and decreased wind volume to make them matched the best it could. Now you will hear a true whine sound of A330's CF6-80E1A at take off. I also modified the rate of whine sound to include the decrease of spool that we can hear when pulling back throttles from TOGA or FLEX position to CLIMB (CL) position.New gear up, gear down, flaps sounds included. I hope you'll all enjoy it. I wish you nice flights.

Douglas DC-3 MAAM-SIM Panel Modifications - Update

File Description:
Some pilots have reported a CTD (crash to desktop) problem with my MAAM-SIM panel modifications as uploaded in DCAMAAM4.ZIP. This has been pinned down to a conflict caused by the 'FSTSTuner' status light installed on the panel, which is relevant to the use of 'FSTSTuner' with 'Teamspeak' communciations software. These revised PANEL.CFG files will blank off this gauge (although not remove the entry, in case you should ever wish to revert) and, hopefully, prevent any further problems of this nature. If you are experiencing no problems (particularly, when calling up the kneeboard within the sim) then you may not need this update.

File Description:
Boeing 747-230F - Lufthansa Cargo D-ABYU Asia FS2004 This is a repaint of Lufthansa's 747-230F cargo 'Asia'. The textures are painstakingly painted right down to the details with accurate markings, cargo configuration, wings and engines. Mostly handpainted and features realistic dirt effects (after examining photos of the Lufthansa 742 cargo fleet). Day textures with realistic reflections are in DXT3 format for low size file. - It also includes some photorealistic misc, and internal parts textures (e.g. doors, 3D looking engine fans, below deck & main deck cargo compartments). All textures have been altered from the paintkit. Painted on Project Opensky's quality 747-200F v2004.8.5 gMAX model for FS2004.

737NG Enhancement pack

File Description:
This file is an enhancement to my 737NG sound package. Here we find the correct buzzing sound of the avionics, improved landing gear and flap sound, plus there is also one or two little surprises included. Raise the landing gear and you hear the captain announce "Positive rate, gear up" you will also hear him call "gear down" when lowering the gear. As an added bonus, he will also call engine startups and engine stability upon starting. Just a little something which I included for your enjoyment. please note, you must have the 737NG sound package to complete this file. Please read the included Readme file for further information and installation.

F-4E, 555th TFS -TDY from the 33rd TFW, 58th TFS, Udorn RTAFB ,Thailand, 1972

File Description:
This is a repaint of Alphasim's excellent F-4E. These textures represent a F-4E (67-362) 555th TFS that was TDY from the 33rd TFW, 58th TFS from Eglin AFB. It already had 2 mig kills when on July 8, 1972 it got two more. Capt. Steve Ritchie, the pilot of "Paula 01", was crewed with Capt. Chuck DeBellevue, WSO. Capt. Ritchie had already shot down 2 MiG21s, the first flying with Capt. DeBellevue and the second with Capt. Larry Pettit. This version of the the F-4E was equipped with formation lights. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! You need the ALPHASIM "F-4 Phantom Pack 2" payware package.

F-6D "Lil' Margaret"

File Description:
This texture is for the Wings of Power P-51D/H pack. "Lil' Margaret" is a conversion of the venerable P-51D, known as an F-6D for its reconnaissance role. While flying this aircraft with the 10th Photo Recon Group, Clyde B. East tallied 13 enemy aircraft shot down, something that was not supposed to be part of the rather quiet "get in and get out" sort of mission. As a tribute to the actions of Clyde B. East, one of the more finely restored Mustangs in the world today, flies in these markings. Texture is complete with camera ports and sighting marks along the left wing.

US Airways NEW Safety Recording

File Description:
This recording is generic but it was recorded on an A319. This is the brand new safety video used by US Airways. This sound file can be used for the FDSFX (FDSFXPNL.zip) panel but NOT REQUIRED. Great during pushback! This time the new sounds not only include the Spanish translation but I've put in the sound of the video monitors coming down from the overhead panels. I think, it gets you in the mood for the flight. And this time there is no loud little children but still cabin ambiance. I also included some pictures of the aircraft on the ground at my island home of Bermuda.

Zoom Airways (Bangladesh) Hawker-Siddeley HS-748

File Description:
Zoom Airways is a small regional / domestic cargo carrier operating out of Zia International Airport (VGZR) in Dhaka, Bangladesh; the fleet currently includes only a single Hawker-Siddeley HS-748 (S2-ADL), though there is speculation another aircraft or two may be added to the inventory in the near future. Meanwhile, this repaint will help add a little cargo traffic to your Bangladesh airports; flightplans for Zoom produced by Max Habinghorst are available at Avsim (zoom_airways_bangladesh_ai_flightplans.zip). This repaint is designed for Dee Waldron's AI HS-748 and includes the main texture, a scaled-down lightmap, and modified prop texture. Repaint by John R. Brooker, model by Dee Waldron.
