This checklist contains Additional checklist hints/information right below the checklist item. I designed this checklist with the new LDS Level-D Boeing 767-300 pilot in mind. Updated On 12/14/2007.

File Description:
An FS2K4 GPS flight and plan by the Ancient Brit and the RTW-K4 Team for the FS2K4 default aircraft (B737-400) and scenery. Depart Lista (ENLI) runway 14, Norway and arrive 1 hour 45 minutes later at Zurich (LSZH) runway 16, Switzerland. The plan is fully flight briefed with Word and text briefings and kneeboard in-flight briefing. A start-up flight that loads the plan, weather and kneeboard flight briefing is included; also a short Finals practise flight is included. This is a straightforward passage making flight.

Procedures based on current cycle (0712 22Nov-20Dec) FAA Digital Aeronautical Information and Terminal Publications. This is the 66th addition to my collection (it's also the 66th busiest airport in the US). All published procedures included (except vectors-only DP and short GA runway 14/32 IAPs), plus I have created NOATC departures to gates in common use (FKN HPW SCHOL WAIKS and join J174) and two unpublished arrivals (CCV & STEIN). All arrivals have custom routing to both ILS05/23. For PMDG FS9 737NG, 747-400 and FSX 747-400X.

File Description:
First flight of Convair CV-240-0 with cn 80 on July 14, 1948. Delivered to American Airlines on July 23, 1948, registered N94239 and named "Flagship Lake Superior". On August 10, 1964 bought by Trans-Texas Airways. In December 1967 cn 80 was converted to Convair CV-600. N94239 was last spotted at Tucson International (TUS) in a derelict condition in 1986. Textures and associated model file included only. Requires cv240VBFca18_basepack_010.ZIP. This is a complete redo of the AP using the default building placement, new and renamed taxiways, the expansion of the D Gates, the addition of the new Terminal 3 Building and its 14 spaces, and the new East Air Cargo area.
I used Google Earth for measurements, the current airport diagram, and info from the KLAS website for current gate assignments.
Created with AFX and IS for FS9 ONLY to replace the default AP.

File Description:
Fuerza Aerea Uruguaya C-47A-30-DK T-512, C/N 25392 built a Oklahoma City production plant for the USAAF as 43-48131. In service 22/11/60, retired 16/7/74, fuselage preserved at the B.Paracaidistas No.14. The base textures for repainting are by Mark Beaumont, original textures are by Jan Visser. Repainted by Daniel Nole. In order to use these textures, you must already have the MAAM-SIM payware DC3 and the MAAM-SIM D-Day C-47 'Skytrain' and Dakota Mk III Expansion Pack installed in your FS2004 aircraft folder.

File Description:
This is a fix for Offutt AFB Traffic Package Full. In the original package I accidentally omitted 2 callsigns for the package: BAMA and OSPREY. I have fixed a couple of bugs in the aircraft.cfg file with the original package. You will need to recopy the aircraft.cfg file for the callsigns to work properly. There was an extra Texture set included with the package. Go ahead and delete texture.RCH_WR_12 from the PAI B703 model. You will have 13 textures and 14 aircraft. Two of the aircraft share the same texture file.

FS2004 Scenery - The Knoxville Municipal Airport, (KOXV) renamed Jim Bellamy Field, serves the greater Knoxville community and the surrounding areas of Marion County, Iowa. The airport is comprised of 120 acres, and is located at the southern edge of Knoxville, adjacent to the Highway 14 & Highway 5/92 interchange. The 4,000 foot (by 75 foot) single runway is constructed of concrete, with parallel taxiway. The facility is at an elevation of 928 feet at a distance of about 2 miles from Knoxville.
