Satellite Assisted Landing System Version 9

File Description:
FS2004 Gauge: Satellite Assisted Landing System, v9 (SALS). Using satellite data, this gauge provides glidepath/glideslope guidance into all runways inside the FS world. Approach heading and glideslope indicators are displayed during the landing phase in a fashion similar to those used with ILS and requires the same piloting techniques to keep the needles centered. Because SALS has the ability to guide an aircraft to both ends of a runway, every airport including grass strips and seaplane bases can be accessed with a high level of landing precision. In case of missed approaches, backcourse guidance is provided during climbout. Panel or separate window installation. Includes SALS icon gauge and Word doc with illustrated design parameters. LOM Library Objects Images

File Description:
FS2004 LOM Library Objects Images. This archive contains many image import files containing thumbnails or image files for use with Library Object Manager (LOM) version 1.0+ program to manage FS2004 library objects and create scenery by ScruffyDuck Software, Jon Masterson. This is EIGHT image collections of 176 objects, mostly airport objects, forklifts in various positions, generators, pallets, scooters, hangers, spectacular terminal buildings, sailplanes, signs, cargo, log cabins, churches, houses, people, cable drums, and a wide variety of fencing. Requires LOM_100.ZIP and import of the LENS_EZ_SCENERY.ZIP into LOM. Also included is a set of higher resolution screenshots to upgrade those images imported into LOM. Higher resolution screenshots are suitable for printing an index or contact sheet of images.

Traffic Changer final release

File Description:
Traffic changer is a tool to simplify AI for FS9. The user can make flight plans, compile BGL files (using included TTools) and place the final plans into FS9 using a "group" concept. This is ideal for managing fleets of AI aircraft or for users wanting to easily change AI traffic at a single airport. It installs with the 59 default AI aircraft available that are already in FS9, 5,500 of the most common airports and a sample flight plan. A tour makes it very easy to get started. Take control of AI with traffic changer. Freeware, complete installer. Requires VB5 runtimes (which almost everyone already has.) Tested only on XP and Win 2000 ... Approx. 2.5 Megabyte in size.

File Description:
FS2004 LOM Library Objects Images. Aero Commander Aerobatic Flight NZ

File Description:
A .frc data file to use with Matthias Neusinger's flight recording module (found free at: http://www.neusinger.net/recorder ). With this, you can load my flight recording, and either appear as my aircraft doing the recorded manoeuvres, or fly along side as AI traffic and watch my aircraft appear as AI traffic itself. This flight is a recreation of a video I saw on youtube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZBcapxGHjE where the pilot takes a Aero Commander AC560 (requires Milton Shurpe's model) up to 8000 feet, then cuts the engine and nose dives, increasing airspeed enough to pull a loop and then a horizontal role, then leverling off, and landing at Woodbourne airport (NZWB)

This aircraft, Piper Cherokee HB-OHX belongs to "Elkair" a group of friends that organize flying holidays in Scandinavia and is based on the regional Bern-Belp airport (BRN/LSZB), Bern.

Alexandria Airlines Boeing 737-300 (JY-JAD), Egypt

File Description:
Alexandria Airlines is a new egyptian airline formed by Jordan Aviation. It started operations in April 2007 initially operating charters between Egypt and Jordan. The airline has since launched scheduled flights from Alexandria El Nouzha Airport to the Gulf and Middle East but their aircraft have been seen in Istanbul, Ljubljana and Lisbon recently. The current fleet consists of a Boeing 737-300 JY-JAD, leased from Jordan Aviation (this repaint) and a Boeing 737-500 (SU-KHM). Funny is the mirror inverted flag at the right side of the fuselage. Textures only for AI Aardvark model. Thanks to David Rawlins for the model and original paint and thanks to David Carter for FDE.

SIDSTARS Buffalo Niagara Intl (KBUF)

File Description:
Procedures based on current cycle (0708 02Aug-30Aug) FAA NACO Digital Aeronautical Information and Terminal Procedures Publications. This is the latest addition to my collection, which now includes a location with no published arrival or departure routes (No SID/STARs). I've provided NOATC routing for all arrivals and departures used by the top ten destinations and all 737 service. There are eight DPs and ten arrivals each connected to three ILS approaches, providing an extensive system of realistic routing for anyone not using an ATC service (such as VATSIM). This is my first location without published SID/STARs but it seems a shame to ignore an otherwise busy airport (ranked 58). For PMDG only.
