This scenery is the Hay River (CYHY)NT, Canada Airport located on the Southern side of Great Slave Lake. This small busy airport is an important part of the moving of freight and passengers to the North. During the spring and fall when the ice roads are not passable and the waterways cannot be used these Northern airports are vital to get the essential into Northern communities. Buffalo Airways is a great user of this airport for moving freight and passengers as well as operating a fleet of fire fighting tankers.

This is the crashed Boeing B767-300 of Egypt Air. EgyptAir Flight 990 (MS990/MSR990) was a regularly scheduled flight from Los Angeles International Airport, United States to Cairo International Airport, Egypt, with a stop at John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York City. On 31 October 1999, the Boeing 767 operating the route crashed into the Atlantic Ocean, about 60 miles (97 km) south of Nantucket Island, Massachusetts, killing all 217 people on board. Registration: SU-GAP, Repaint by: Mathieu Vos (APSS), Model by: Sky Spirit 2010 (included). Also compatible with FSX.

In particular, attention was paid throughout the airport surface
(taxiway, taxi signs, parking and runway) using satellite photos and the latest
existing documentation from ENAV website to make the airport comply with
the current situation.

Thanks for downloading Julius Nyerere International Airport (HTDA) Version 3. This is the Largest Airport in Tanzania. The Airport scenery was built from Sketchup, SBUILDER and ADE v1.76 utilizing Google Earth for correct positions. Objects placed with Instant Scenery 3. This is version 3, it includes Terminal 1, Terminal 2 (new semi-photoreal textures), Terminal 3 (now open), VIP terminal, Fire Station and Radar and Control tower in the correct position. and the "correct" afcad. Needs RWY12 Object library (available on avsim and flightsim). see readme for install instructions.

The Airport scenery was built from Sketchup, SBUILDER, Fencebuilder Pro and ADE utilizing Google Earth for correct positions. Objects placed with Instant Scenery 3. This is version 2, it includes Terminal 1(old colonial terminal), Terminal 2, terminal 3 (new), Fire Station and GA Hangar and facility areas. . A complete recreation of the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport as closely as it looks in present day 2025. Most buildings were created in Sketchup and converted for FS9 use by ModelConverterX. I provide you this offering free of charge. The airport terminal is quite detailed. I spent the vast majority of time trying to make it appear as realistic as permitted. Unique objects such as dumpsters, garbage cans, fish pallets, gate signs, sidewalks, soda machines, maintenance cans, and much more were modeled and added to the airport. - Michael Lehkamp

This scenery has been designed to compliment the Liverpool John Lennon Airport Scenery also by DerboSoft.
The scenery is aligned to the Visual Flight / Getmapping VFR Scenery published by Just Flight but is also fully compatible with both the FS2002 and FS2004 default sceneries.
Version 1.0 of this scenery was previously included in the main Liverpool John Lennon Airport Scenery download (before ver 4.0) and should be removed before installation.

File Description:
Here is an AFCAD2 file for Sand Island in the Pacific. This airport is situated in the pacific ocean to the west of Midway Island. The runway has been slightly extended and now has lighting. Parking for aircraft upto Dash 8 size has also been added. This airport is only a short hop from Midway Island. This package includes voicepack updates for the airport. This is for the default FS2004 scenery. I highly recommend you download my Midway Island AFCAD2 package also (LB_PMDY.zip) as it contains traffic for Sand Island and Midway Island.
