Project Opensky is extremely pleased to release the VC-25A variant of the 747-200 V4 series!!! This package includes both 82-8000 and 92-9000 variants of the VC-25A. ***THIS IS VERSION 2 OF THE ORIGINAL RELEASE!!!*** Updates from V1: Photoreal gear rims and tires, custom fan blade textures w/ transparent effects, changed color [blue], "spick-n-span" wings [they're clean], polished aluminum surfaces, pistine & clean-cut appearance overall. Fly her with PRIDE!!! Alternante FDE by Nick Peterson [POSKY] also included [installed by default. More details in the Package]. Model Features include fully animated control surfaces, fully independent suspension, main gear steering, trim animation, opening passenger doors, opening cargo doors, dynamic flexing wings, animated tilting bogies, rolling wheels, animated thrust reversers, fully reflective textures ( each part has different degree of reflection based on material ), accurate flight dynamics ( accurate FDE with full profiles for wheels, tires, struts, leading/trialing struts, engine types ... File Description:
The Honoring Those Who Serve plane is dedicated to the brave men and women of the US military, as well as veterans of the armed forces and their families. Its unique exterior paint scheme, conceived by a small group of Alaska maintenance technicians, was designed to symbolize remembrance, pride, and appreciation. The design includes a red stripe and blue aircraft body to incorporate elements of the American flag; the phrase "Honoring Those Who Serve," displayed on the fuselage; a symbolic crest representing the Alaska Airlines Fallen Soldier Program to the right of the cargo door; and an "Alaska Airlines Salutes" medallion on the right of the boarding door near the nose of the aircraft, with five stars representing the five branches of the U.S. Armed Forces: Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard. The special livery was created in partnership with Boeing and is featured on two aircraft; N570AS, a 737-800, and sister ship N265AK, a 737-900.
Model developed by Tenkuu Developers Studio, features high resolution textures, dynamic flexing wings, nose gear steering, rudder lock, ground spoilers, low speed aileron locks at high speed, fully animated control surfaces, fully independent suspension, trim animation, opening passenger doors, rolling wheels, animated thrust reversers with reverser block doors, detailed textures, full night lighting, ground service vehicles and more. Model design by Hiroshi Igami. Flight dynamics design by Nick Wilkinson, with assistance from David Biggar. Master textures and paint kit by Kyle Schurb. Textures only for the great TDS model. Enjoy!

| Teslin CYZW in the Yukon, Canada |

File Description:
Teslin is a village on the Alaska Highway around 85 miles east of Whitehorse, on the banks of the very long Teslin Lake and where there is a sizeable bridge across an offshoot of the lake. The Hudson Bay trading company established a post there in 1903. The current population is a rather meagre 120 or so and the only reason I am making this scenery is that I know one of the 120. This scenery, in addition to the terrain, village, bridge, and airport items also modifies the Alaska Highway. The AI includes a school excursion trip on a chartered Air North Hawker Siddeley 748 on Saturday. There are no scheduled flights to the field. The runway is now around 5,600 feet of gravel aligned 08-26 and with VASI at both ends. It is lit with runway lighting on the tops of traffic cones, and you will need to download the lighting library from my earlier postings of either Allakaket Lights or Anaktuvuk Lights earlier this week. A note here about my scenery making. There will not be many more to follow this as I am almost at the end of the photos I either took or found for scenery purposes, plus I expect to move on from FS9 at some point during next year.

File Description:
This is the scenery of the village of St.Joseph-de-la-Rive (fictitious rendering) on the North Shore of the St.Lawrence river. It includes the village, a small grass stip on the cliff behind the village, lit at night with kerosene torches and also with more buildings and lots of candies. It also includes the docks for the ferry that goes to my other scenery Île-aux-Coudres and the dock there as well. Those sceneries are very close. No other file is necessary to install.

In this fictitious scenario, you pilot a Lear Jet for a group of Pittsburgh Steelers fans who fly from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. on a Friday evening. They stay in town to attend a Steelers game on Saturday, then fly to Toronto on Sunday morning for a Canadian football game. You whisk them home on a night flight to Halifax on Sunday evening. A list of suggested FS2002 scenery files is included. Flight plans are MSFS .pln files, constructed in FS2004.
