| Salbani, India |
|
File Description:
You will need to download the original MCDMil.zip package by Michael Carr in order to use the MCD textures.
Based on 356 Squadron Salbani WW2 airport, India. A contemporary rendition. Yep, the main runway is just long enough for the Liberator to take off. There's even a camp cinema, (at night-time, you will see my Dad in the projection box). Developed mainly for eye-candy....oh and you must fly to the nearby camp, (but be careful of those tanks on the practice-range). I've placed a heli runway at the camp for AI purposes.

| Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force & Iranian Revolutionary Guard Il-76 flightplans |
|
File Description:
This is an attempt to represent all Il-76 military aircraft based throughout Iran. But I cannot vouch for the accuracy - all info has been researched from the web.
Most flights remain in Iranian airspace, with one or two visits further afield. I have limited their activity to an average of just under six legs per aircraft. Clandestine supply flights to Russia and China in support of the ageing Sukhoi and MiG/Chengdu fleets are included.
I use the Rulexy ai models from Avsimrus, with the Michael Pearson repaints from Avsim. The Aircraft_...txt file is set up ready for these paints.

| RAF Binbrook 1988 |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This is a very simple set of textures, flightplans and scenery to bring back to life RAF Binbrook, which closed in 1988, along with the retirement of the last, British-built fighter, the English Electric Lightning.
I have tried to represent the paint schemes as they were in May 1988, but, despite their being quite a wealth of pictorial information available on the web, there are still some holes, but I have endeavoured to get things as best I could. MAIW object libraries are required as is the AI English Electric Lightning pack 2 by Michael Pearson, details in the readme.

| Green Ground Service Vehicle Library |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
Inspired by the superior work of Michael Carr I have developed a small library of Ground Service Equipment. These objects are mostly painted in the standard olive drab you find at many military airfields. As with all my work the emphasis is on Frame-Rates and not microscopic reality so squint a little and pretend. As some of these objects have been included in my earlier scenery releases, as well as used by other designers, the GUIDs are the same and your existing scenery should not be affected. This will the final version/release of this library. PLEASE READ THE INSTALLATION NOTES CAREFULLY
