This is the Third Oldest Airline in the world, the Second Oldest Airline in Latin America, and the First Oldest Airline in Mexico, Mexicana Airlines (Mexicana de Aviacion), this is the Airbus A318-111 for now the pack have the Last New Livery (2010) and the Old Livery (2005), more later will upload the Older Liveries, the Old Livery but with the Thin Logo and No Wingtips Logos, and the mos popular and old Mexicana´s livery, (1997-2005). For the 100th Anniversary I´ll upload all the fleet, since 1940´s with the DC-2 to the last fleet that had when it flies, the Mark and Airline still exists, BUT It doesn´t fly since 2011. In this case this is the Mexicana Click the low cost airline by Mexicana Airlines, founded in 1972 as Aerovias Caribe S.A. de C.V. (Aerocaribe), in 2005 Aerocaribe changed as Click Mexicana/Mexicana Click, the fleet consisted in 2010 in Fokker 100 and Boeing 717-2BL. This is Mountain View, a small RCAF airfield at the eastern end of Lake Ontario on Prince Edward Island, some 40 miles west of Kingston. Mountain View is used for training during the summer months, and part of this training is for C-130 crews, who practice landing on rough or unprepared landing strips. The crews are based at Trenton, which is a large base 10 miles to the northwest on the mainland. There are (or were, I haven't seen it recently) numerous parked and ancient fighter planes such T-33's and Canadair Tutors; these could also have possibly been used for summer training or perhaps were just stored. Last summer there were only two hangars left standing; in 2002 there were five. In real life you would be on the lookout not only for C-130's but also (at certain times during the summer) for parachutists and also gliders. This airfield is one that you will fly over and not land on; I confess that I have cheated with the length of the 06L-24R gravel "practice" runway, so that it became possible for the FS version of a touch-n-go with a C-130 to be completed without using the grass. The aerial photograph shows the new "practice" gravel runway under construction.

| Crossing North America Flight Adventures-Package 3 |

File Description:
Inspired by Michael Doherty (Difficult & Dangerous Approaches) and David Dossiere (Hopping Round the World) and their flight adventures, I have put together a series of flight plan-adventures where the aircraft used are all available as freeware. A file locator is included with each package so that you can easily find and download the aircraft used. These packages each contain 10 flight adventures and each package begins at the location the previous package ended. All flightplans are VFR only and are designed so that you can enjoy the outstanding scenery of Alaska, Western Canada, Western and Mountain States of the lower 48, and Mexico.
The adventure, Crossing North America, begins at Pt Hope, Alaska and will conclude in the following months at Cancun, Mexico. The aircraft used are: General Aviation, Vintage, Warbirds, Bush Aircraft, and Propliners. No IFR flightplans or jets!
The flightplans are NOT designed to get you from Alaska to Mexico by the shortest route possible, but are in the spirit of David Dossiere's "Hopping Round the World" adventure flights, in that they take you into as many areas or airports as possible. Looking for some fun, flying low, and enjoying the scenery, then these flight adventures are for you.
Todate: 3,769 miles covered, using 26 different aircraft in the first 3 flight packs!

Civilian "CS" (Competizione Sportiva=Sporting Race) versions of the known medium and torpedo bomber Savoia-Marchetti S.79 "Sparviero", deployed by Regia Aeronautica, or Italian Royal Air Force, were successfully flown (w/civil marks) in the "Istres-Damascus-Paris (Lindberg Cup)" 1937 air race, where they ranked the first three places of the final scoreboard. The also "civilian" "T" (Transatlantic) version of the very same S.79 performed exceptionally in the 1938 Atlantic crossing Roma-Dakar-Rio de Janeiro and in a 1939 experimental test meant to verify the feasibility of an airline passengers and mail line between Italy and South America for the civilian airlines (Ala Littoria S.A.- Linee Aeree Atlantiche, later called L.A.T.I./Linee Aeree Transcontinentali Italiane) over the routes of Southern Atlantic Ocean.
3 new different GMax models, covering 3 different versions of the civilian S.79 described above and featuring the standard animated parts, such as all flight controls, props pitch and leading-edge slats. Ten (10) different liveries depicting all the S.79CS team which flew the 1937 Istres-Damascus-Paris Race, the 1938 Roma-Rio de Janeiro Expedition and 1939 Transatlantic Test flight. This plane was originally developed for FS9, but an FSX version is also available in another separated release. VC only. This version updates the post of 2006 with specifically modelled buildings for the east apron, plus a new AFCAD file. This is a stand-alone version and does not require you to have downloaded and installed the previous post. Carp airfield is fifteen miles west of Ottawa and two miles south of the town of Carp. There are two runways, 10/28 which is asphalt and almost 4,000 feet long and 100 feet wide, and 04/22 which is gravel and 2,000 feet long. The airfield has a fairly large polulation of general aviation residents and two years ago was expanding under new ownership, with a new terminal building and a large hangar opened and the "Touch'n Go" aviation warehouse that has opened more recently. The first version of Carp really included only the west apron, as that is where all (or almost all) the general aviation is located. I "represented" the east apron buildings without modelling any of them. This version corrects that, and the modeled east apron buildings are the HQ of Helicopter Transport Services Inc. and the adjacent Bell Helicopter service hangar, and the old First Air hangar and offices which are now under new ownership. The smaller hangars on the other side of the apron belong to chapter 245 of the Experimental Aircraft Association.

Harbin Y-11 for AI
The piston powered Y-11 is a Chinese developed regional airliner and utility transport developed during the mid 1970s as a replacement for the Antonov An-2 utility biplane in Chinese service . The Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Company production of the Y-11s was from 1980. Features include two radial engines, capability for rough field operations and STOL performance. Y-11s have seen service as commuter airliners and have also been configured and used for ag spraying.
Flightcrew of two. Main cabin seats six to eight passengers in Y-11. Approximately 40 Y-11s were built. Later models increased capacity and had turboprop engines.
This model incorporates animated rudder, elevator, flaps and ailerons as well as night lighting.The main model contains only 1100 polygons with a single texture file to ensure the absolute minimum impact on your framerates.
There are three other models incorporated to give a total of 4 LOD models.
It is designed specifically to enhance the aircraft population to use with the marvellous GA-Traffic programme by Marcus Brunner
There are three textures included plus a paintkit in this zip file.
EditVoicePack. Two vcpmod files (10 voice) are also included for the manufacturer "Harbin" and model "Y-11" to import into EditVoicePack if you have that great program.

| Ontario Small Fields in Canada: #05 Pelee Island (CYPT) |

This is the fifth in a series of small airfields in southern Ontario Canada, Pelee Island CYPT, an airfield on the island in Lake Erie and the southernmost airfield in Canada. The airfield has an asphalt runway of 3,300 feet, aligned 09/27 in FS9 while today in real life it is 10/28 due to the wandering magnetic pole. There is also a second runway, 36/18 and around 1,500 feet of gravel. There is a small terminal building which now has blue cladding; here it is still in the dirty yellow of the original colour scheme.
This version is based upon what appears to be a "lost" 2005 scenery of Pelee Island. When I started to make Pelee Island I discovered that in fact I already had a version installed; my memory can be excused, as I installed it in 2005. I modified the scenery to include parking, taxiways that connected, revised runway markings, new windsocks, new signage, larger apron, parked cars and planes, revised landclass, AI, etc. My intention was to instruct you to download and install the original and then incorporate my changes. Problem: it does not appear to exist for download; perhaps it was washed away when the Avsim site crashed. I have included it in this post. If anyone knows who made it please let me know.

This is the fourth of five sceneries around Lac Saint-Jean in Quebec, Canada. Saint-Felicien is a village on a small river at the western end of Lac Saint-Jean, and the airfield is just under 10 miles to the northeast. At the same distance further to the northeast of the airfield and on a slightly larger river is the village called Dolbeau. The village of Sainte-Methode is closer than either of the other villages but presumably lacked influence. The airfield effectively has one runway aligned 11-29 and just under 5,000 feet long, with approach lights on 11. There is, or was, a second runway aligned north-south but this has badly deteriorated without maintenance and has loose stones that threaten propellor damage. The taxiway that runs east-west is in a similar condition and all planes operate as if there is no taxiway. There is a clubhouse and a maintenance facility along with a line of old hangars that remain in full use, plus planes parked in the open. The landclass has been modified along with the grassed area of the airfield, and in the AI (included with the post of CYRC) there are scheduled flights by Max Aviation, and GA flights etc. It is a really typical airfield in northern(ish) rural Canada with a lot more activity than one might expect.

Coffs Harbour Regional Airport (YSCH) FS2004

Coffs Harbour airport, located roughly halfway between Sydney and Brisbane on the East coast of Australia, is owned and operated by Coffs Harbour Council. They took over the airport in the early nineties and after a massive expansion plan including widening the runway to handle jets up to a Boeing 767 and building a new terminal at a cost of $4 million dollars. This terminal was opened in November 2000 and should handle the expanding traffic for the next 10 years. At present over 200,000 passengers pass through the terminal.
The scenery re-creates the entire airport for FS2004 including the new terminal, old terminal, all of the ga hangars, flying school, airport tower and many more structures. All modelling was carried out using textures from photographs taken on site to ensure an authentic result. In addition the harbour at Coffs Harbour has been modelled as well as Mutton Bird Island that was missing completely in the default. To conserve frame rates the harbour has not been fully detailed but is accurate in placement and looks realistic on an approach to runway 21.
AFCAD file and traffic tools file is included to populate the airport with additional AI traffic. Also contains three sample flights, which can be selected from the flight simulator select flight menu.
