| Trans Australia Airlines Convair 240 Ver.2 |
|
File Description:
This is a repaint (textures and model only) of Greg Pepper's and Tom Gibson's Convair 240. It requires the original aircraft, 240wal.zip, available at www.Calclassic.com. This aircraft represents VH-TAO of Trans-Australia Airlines as it appeared in service circa 1954. This is an update and correction to my previous release. It includes the correct model with the ventral airstair. It also displays a correct nose logo which was not available at the time of the earlier release. This is a complete replacement for the previous release (TAA_C240.zip).

File Description:
"Houston Downtown Expansion Pack" scenery by DSDG (Downtown Scenery Development Group).
This is one of our biggest work at the moment, we have improved the Houston Downtown area, with a few missed skyscrapers, we have done 6 ultra high detailed buildings, with high definition night and day textures, and custom light effects, the buildings are the JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Centerpoint Plaza, Fulbright, Continental Center and Five Houston Center. For every information about this work and many other projects check our site at dsdg.webs.com.

| Almond Valley Viaduct, Edinburgh EGPH |
|
File Description:
The Almond Valley Viaduct consists of over 40 stone built arches carrying the Edinburgh-Glasgow Queen Street railway line between Ratho Station and Broxburn. There are actually two sections to this monster. The main sweep consists of at least 35 identical arches (I haven't actually confirmed the number!) which is over farm-land. This is followed by a natural embankment then a final 7 arches, the centre of which is wider than the rest as it crosses the A89 2.5Km West of the the end of RWY 24 at Edinburgh.

|
File Description:
This aircraft is as it appeared in the late 1990s, early 2000's while operating with the 116th Bomb Wing / 128th Bomb Squadron of the Georgia Air National Guard at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia. The 116th BW was the second Air National Guard unit (the first was the 184th BW of the Kansas Air National Guard at Wichita) to be equipped with heavy bombers. The 116th operated the B-1B through June 2002. These textures are intended for use with the Alpha Simulations "B-1B Lancer" payware aircraft package.

| Gate Markings SS V2 FS9 scenery objects |
|
File Description:
Lines painted on the tarmac at the gate to assist the pilot and ground crew in parking that jet. You'll see these at pretty much any large airport. Made in a variety of styles and colors, and based on photos of the real thing. Can be scaled up or down to fit pretty much any size jetliner. Version 2 adds an alternate set of markings with a worn and weathered look. These are standard FS9 scenery objects and can be placed using Instant Scenery or other programs that are able to use FS9 scenery libraries.

File Description:
LPAZ Santa Maria Airport, Azores, Portugal (Ca. 1962)
Opened during the height of World War II to suppliment the nearby Lajes AB, this was an important fuel and technical stop in the 1940's through to the early 1960's for many airlines.
Scenery created with generic, classic buildings therefore requires the CalClassic Scenery Objects Library V4 available at most major websites.
Thanks to Tom Gibson and everyone at CalClassics for their support and information, without which this scenery would not have been possible.
Full information, credits, and installation instructions in the readme.

| CYZF Yellowknife, Northwest Territories |
|
File Description:
Created using EZ-Scenery by Abacus. I could find only a few photos of Yellowknife, so there was a certain amount of guesswork involved in making this scenery. The general layout should be reasonably accurate and it's hopefully an improvement over the default scenery. The terminal and tower at the real Yellowknife are really cool. I'm sorry I couldn't do a better job at representing them. Also includes a file to add some additional GA traffic. Have fun flying in the beautiful Northwest Territories. File Description:
EG&G Flight Operations or as they are more commonly known "Janet" are a small "black" airline that ferry workers to the Tonopah Test Range and Area 51 from their base at Las Vegas' McCarran International Airport and from Air Force Plant 42 located at Palmdale Regional Airport aboard their fleet of six Boeing 737-66N aircraft. EG&G Flight Operations also operate a small fleet of Beech 200C and 1900C aircraft however these are outside the scope of this flightplan due to the inability to accurately track these aircraft.

| Reduced Volume FPDA Altitude Callouts |
|
File Description:
Reduced Volume FPDA Altitude Callouts. This is a set of altitude callouts (400 to 10 feet) which have been re-recorded at 10 decibels less than the original callout .wav files. They are designed to be used with altitude_callout.zip which is available here at Avsim.com. These reduced volume .wavs will bring the altitude callouts more in line with other sounds you hear while flying and upon approach. Please unzip (using folders option) to a temporary folder and follow the simple installation instructions. Compiled for your flying enjoyment by David "Opa" Marshall.
