While I was there I put a little 'trees runway 35L and R to give the idea of a better approach on the Lambro Park Forest. It installs as a normal scenario.

Copy the folder "texture.Sky Lease cargo" into :\Microsoft Flight Simulator 9\Aircraft\PMDG747-400F
Add the following lines with notepad to your PMDG747-400F Aircraft.cfg file
Paste it right after the last [fltsim.xx] Rename "fltsim.Xx" to next number in sequence ie: fltsim.6 etc
You have this same information in a note pad inside the zipped file with support email.
