| Westland Whirlwind XA870 |

File Description:
These are 2 repaints of the excellent Alphasim Sikorsky S-55 Whirlwind.
Both repaints are of XA870. Firstly as it appeared while serving on board the Ice Patrol Ship HMS Protector, in 1955/6 and now, restored by the Yorkshire Helicopter Presevation Group and displayed at the South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum, Doncaster. The second repaint shows XA870 as it appeared at the end of its flying career in the late 1960's early 1970's.
Purchase of the Alphasim Sikorsky S-55 is required.

File Description:
Version 1.1: Sound problems fixed.
Grumman C-1A Trader from USS Lexington CVT-16 circa 1976. The C-1A Trader is a S-2 Tracker variant that was designed as a Carrier Onboard Delivery (COD) aircraft to provide passenger, mail and cargo services to deployed carriers. First flown in 1955, the last Trader was retired in 1988. This C-1A (BuNo 136754) entered the Naval Aviation Museum collection from the USS Lexington (CVT-16) in 1976 following completion of its 15,000 service life hours.
Includes folding wings.

| Iraqi Airways Viscount 735 YI-ACK |

File Description:
Iraqi Airways ordered three Viscount 735 aircraft delivered in late 1955, followed later by a fourth machine built as a series 733. The later machine was damaged beyond repair in March 1965. Of the three original aircraft one was damaged beyond repair in April 1973 and was sold for spares along with the two fying survivors to Alidair in 1978. This aircraft was Iraqi's first and became G-BFMW with Alidair/Alidair Scotland. The other became G-BFYZ with Guernsey Airlines. Requires the FSDS Viscount 700 model by Rick Piper

File Description:
This scenery provides taxiways and details as they were around 1960 in Leopoldville, Congo, Africa. Currently the location is known as Kinshasa, after turbulent times. But back in the old days, it was a major airport for a lot of traffic to Europe from Africa. Also, it was often used for intercontinental flights from the US to the region. The airport has one of the longest runways, even then, when it became in service around 1955.

The Fokker S14 Mach-trainer was the first purpose designed and built, side by side seated, jet trainer. First Flight 19 May 1951. Only 20 were built and used by the Royal Netherlands Air Force from 1955 till 1967. The modelling and texturing is brought to the highest detail possible and a new 2D and Virtual Cockpit added. Paintscheme presented here is as the L-1 operated just after first delivery.Features annimated landinggear, flightcontrols, lights, canopy and ground services and a fully functional VC.This issue includes the earlier released fix and superseeds FS9_Fokker_S-14_Machtrainer_RNLAF_L-1.zip.By David Wooster and Emile Lancee.

File Description:
Handley Page HP81 Hermes 4 c/n 21 G-ALDU. Formerly 'Halcyone' of BOAC, purchased by Britavia on 27 May 1954. In November 1955 it became the first Hermes to cross the Atlantic. It left Blackbushe on November 14th and reached New York in 17 hr 15 min flying time via Shannon and Gander, returning via Gander in 16 hr 9 min. Transferred to Silver City Airways in July 1959. Withdrawn from use in October 1962 and broken up. These are texture files only. Prior installation of Jens B. Kristensen's Handley Page HP81 Hermes is required. Repaint by Andre Reimers.

File Description:
This is a retro scenery covering the late 50s early 60s with Civil, USAF and ANG aircraft stationed there during this period which is my interest. DeltaDart has provided period Squadron Textures for most of the aircraft included in this scenery including the F89 Scorpion, F-86L SabreDogs, and the F-102 Delta Dagger. Individual traffic files included for 1955, 1957. 1959 and 1962, all with various aircraft from each covered year. This scenery is meant to be used in the Calclassic environment by Tom Gibson and the Calclassic community though it will work on its own. By Al Von Pingel.

| KLM 1956-1960, Lockheed L-749A Constellation |

File Description:
First of all for those who installed the repaint package 'Lockheed L-749A Constellation KLM 1950-1955': I overlooked a mistake in the folder texture.KLM-1955-PHLDP. In this package you will also find a replacement bitmap.
KLM was a major European operator of various models of the Lockheed Constellation and Super Constellation. Out of 48 Connies and Super Connies, 11 were L-749 (8 of them later converted to L-749A) and 9 were L-749A Constellations. The first L-749 entered service with KLM in August 1947, and for some 13 years this and the other L-749(A) Connies served on various medium- and long-haul routes. By the end of the 1950's the career of KLM's (Super) Constellation started to come to an end with the arrival of the Douglas DC-7C and, introducing the airlines' jet-age, the DC-8.
Featured are KLM's PH-LDS 'Soerabaja' (1957 livery), PH-LDE 'Utrecht (1958 livery), PH-LDT 'Tilburg' (1958 livery) and PH-LDK 'Amsterdam' (1959 livery), both without and with "Speedpak" cargo pod. These are textures only. You will require Team 749's (Manfred Jahn & Co) Lockheed L-749 Constellation package (lockheed749.zip). Also required Team 749's Lockheed L-749 Constellation models update (749_models_update.zip). Repaints (based on Manfred Jahn's textures) by Maarten Brouwer.
