Royale operated 2 DC-9s between Houston (IAH) and Brownsville/South Padre Island,Tx (KBRO) for about a year.
Royale operated a variety of aircraft including Gulfstream G-1's ,Shorts 330's ,EMB-110 "Bandits" ,DHC-6 Twin Otters and Beech 99's.
Royale Airlines ceased operations in 1988. I will always remember Royale, for it was my very 1st job ,just out of High School.

| French Air Force Dassault Mirage III, Pink Scheme |
|
File Description:
French Air Force Dassault Mirage III, in an unusual pink scheme; utilizing Warwick Carter's Mirage III model available on Simviation and Flightsim.com. The scheme was a practical joke between ground crews of neighboring squadrons in 1979; the aircraft made one flight with the squadron commander flying the aircraft. This venerable French jet fighter is still in service in different variations, after over forty years from its original design. Aircraft model by Warwick Carter, master texture set by Gerry J. Smith.

| USAF F-102A Delta Dagger, 176th FIS, Wisconsin ANG |
|
File Description:
USAF F-102A Delta Dagger, 176th FIS, Wisconsin ANG (12 variations); utilizing Kazunori Ito's F-102 model available on Simviation and Flightsim.com. This was the USAF's first all-weather, all-missile-armed interceptor of Cold War vintage. This full-squadron repaint is for a fan request from an old warrior who served with this fine unit. I didn't have a photo reference of the CO's aircraft, so I took a little artistic liberty. Model by Kazunori Ito, repaints by Michael Pearson.
