"Sabre Vs MiG" USAF N.A.F-86A-5 FU-236

File Description:
For Combat Flight Simulator 2 Textures.DP and Airfile for Flight1 "Sabre Vs MiG"add-on Repainted ,flight model and DP file by Daniel Nole. North American F-86A-5-NA Sabre USAF 49-1236 flew by the LtCol.Bruce Hinton with the 4th FIG 336th FIS in the mission of the 17-12-50 in the Korean War. In this mission Hinton was credited with the destruction of the MiG-15 of the 29 GIAP 50th IAD flew by the soviet pilot Yakov Yefromenko.(pilot ejected).Hinton had also utilised the FU-180 "Squanee"(49-11180) but not in the mission of this day. The models A-5 were utilised by the 4th FIG until the sustitution with the model E by september of 1951. FU-236 was finally shot down by MiG the Oct 24, 1951.

YAS_MkIIa(PK-K), Rev 1.0

File Description:
This YAS_MkIIa(PK-K).zip model is a completely revised model for CFS2, based on a Spitfire MkIIa,serial P7833, coded PK-K to represent the aircraft flown by, #315 Sqd, Polish, "City of Deblin", Aug 1941. At this time S/ Ldr Piatraszkiewicz directed the squadron from Northolt as part of the 11 group. This particular aircraft was a presentation Spitfire " Portadown" and had been transferred from #65 Sqd, still carrying the "East India Squadron" motif; it was also "sub-titled" Krysia (polish girl's name). #315 Sqd operated MkIIa's from July 1941 to August 1941. Requires YAS_pack.zip for panel/ gauges and sound files.

Based on a model Spitfire LF MkVIII, serial A58-758, coded "ZP-W" to represent an aircraft from #457 Sqd, Australian,March 1945, complete with "Grey Nurse" and Shark mouth motif. New textures, new Multi-resolution breakable model, and improved gunsight etc etc. Provision for 250Lb and 500Lb bombs and 30gal and 90gal slipper tanks. Based on a early model Spitfire LF MkIXc, serial EN398, coded "AE-B" to represent F/O Ian Keltie's aircraft from #402 Sqd, Canadian,Feb/ March 1943, complete with "popeye" motif. New textures, new Multi-resolution breakable model, and improved gunsight etc etc. Provision for 250Lb and 500Lb bombs and 30gal and 90gal slipper tanks. F4U-1C "MARINE GREEN II"

File Description:
Modified for DBolt's Improved Stock Model. This is probably as close to what I saw, belly down, rotting in the grass, at an airfield on Oahu over forty-five years ago. I've been told that Corsairs were never painted forest green (Marine green), and yet there they both were. I don't remember the markings, other than they both bore "Marines" or "USMC," so if any Marines out there would like to fly a Marine Green aircraft, here it is.

MiG-15 KPAFAC(North Korea Air Force)No.823 for CFS2 KPAFAC(North Korea Air Force)MiG-15 No.823 operated by the 176th GvIAP at Antung Air base,April 1951. This aircraft was damaged in the mission of the 12-04-51.This day, 36 MiG-15 from the 196th IAP(Colonel Yevgeni Pepelyayev)and 176th GvIAP(Lt.Col Sergei Vishnyakov)intercepted a force of 48 B-29(19th,98th and 307th bombing wings) escorted by 36 F-84s and 18 F-86s tasked to attack the Yalu bridges. USAF claim for this mission four MiG shot down by the F-86 and six for the B-29.Actually ,only one MiG-15 was lost(176th GvIAP)shot down by James Jabara(334 FIS, 4 FIW)and the combat damage for the MiG-15 No.823. Three B-29's were destroyed:69682(19th BW, 93rd BS),62252 (307th BW, 371st BS) damaged near Sinuiju railroad bridge, crashed near Suwon,65369 (19th BW, 93re BS) crashed and burned on landing at Kadena AB; five others B-29s of the 19th BW were write off and one of the 307th BW after landing.Victories go to :A. CFS Blohm und Voss P.212.03 'Strahljager' ('Jet Fighter')

File Description:
The P.212.03 was Blohm und Voss entry into the Emergency Fighter Competition to take advantage of the new He S 011 jet engine. Three prototypes were ordered and construction began in May 1945. The first aircraft was to make its first flight in August and the second aircraft was to be ready by September 1945. Of course, the end of the war ended all construction. Features: realistic Flight Dynamics, realistic Sound and Panel, realistic Damage Profile, full moving parts, two liveries: Green Camo and Air Grey. Model, Textures and Damage Profile by CM Carlson.
