Guyana Airways 707-323 Adv 1992 Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
This is a repaint of the 707-323 Adv. in Guyana Airways colors. The payware 707-300 by Captain Sim is needed for this repaint. Guyana Airways was formed in 1963 in Georgetown Guyana, and a network of scheduled services was developed through the 1960s and 1970s linking Georgetown with 24 domestic destinations, as well as Miami, Boa Vista (Brazil), and such Caribbean spots as Barbados and Port of Spain. Guyana Airways virtually leased all its aircraft, which is why many different aircraft types were used during the airline's operations. In 1978 its fleet consisted of a DC-6A, 2 Hawker Siddeley HS 748s, 2 DHC-4A Caribou, 2 DHC-6 Twin Otters, and 1 Cessna 310. Later on Tu-154s, L-188 Freighters, 2 707-300s, a 737-200, and a 757-200 were added to the fleet. The 707s were used for the direct service between Paramaribo and New York. In 1999 the airline ceased operations due to financial problems. Textures are HiDef 32bit dds. DXT5 dds textures are also included as well. This repaint was tested FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3.

Continental Micronesia 1998 AI Package Download

File Description:
Continental Mircronesia was Continental's Guam-based Pacific operation. In 1998, CMI had 3 747-200s and 16 727s (10 pax+ 6 flying DHL cargo), and was also using 4 Continental 757s to cover routes from GUM. The 747s mostly fly between NRT/GUM/HNL and spend their down time at the HNL maintenance base, but they also flew charters to OKJ and SDJ which are represented in these plans. The 727s fly all over the Pacific, serving most every large city in Japan as well as TPE, CNS, and the 7-stop GUM-HNL "milk run", flown twice weekly. The cargo plans for the 727s are representitive and also serve much the the Pacific reaching as far as Australia. I created arrival and departure banks most days so the planes often arrive back to GUM in the middle of the night around the same time. The "Micronesia" titles were removed from the last DC-10-30 in March 1998, after which time all DC-10s wore the standard Continental livery as did the 757-200s while using the CMI codes and callsigns. Currently, there is no Continental Micronesia DC-10 AI paint, but links to all relevant paints are included as well as Ranmori Scythe's FAIB 747-200 PW texture. Flightplans by Chasen Richardson. KSNA, John Wayne-Orange County Airport Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
John Wayne Airport (IATA: SNA, ICAO: KSNA, FAA LID: SNA) is an airport in an unincorporated area in Orange County, California, with its mailing address in the city of Santa Ana, which is also the county seat, hence the International Air Transport Association (IATA) airport code. The main entrance to the airport is off of MacArthur Blvd in Irvine, the city that abuts the airport from the north and east. Newport Beach and Costa Mesa form the southern and western boundaries, respectively, together with a small unincorporated area along the Corona del Mar (73) Freeway. Santa Ana lies just north, not actually touching the airport directly. Originally named Orange County Airport, the county Board of Supervisors renamed it in 1979 to honor the actor John Wayne, who resided in neighboring Newport Beach and died that year. It also became the first airport to be named after an entertainer. The main runway, at 5,701 feet (1,738 m), is one of the shortest of any major airport in the United States, resulting in most passenger aircraft operating from the airport to be no larger than the Boeing 757. However, some larger cargo aircraft, such as the FedEx A310/300, fly from SNA. Some gates are built to handle planes up to the size of a Boeing 767, which can operate with payload/fuel load restrictions. No wide-body passenger aircraft are currently in scheduled service at the airport.
