File Description:
This is an update to the default Miami Int'l airport. It contains the new American Airlines North Terminal as it appears today. Also included is the new Star Alliance terminal J. Terminal J is very difficult to duplicate exactly, so what you will see is a basic representation with correct size and gates. All terminals have accurate parking assignments per the MIA website. The included AFCAD was extensively reworked to add Runway 8L/26R and associated taxiways. All taxiways and taxiway signs are named correctly, and the included afcad makes ALL RUNWAYS ACTIVE. This scenery was built using Abacus' EZ-Scenery program.
Update:
This update contains the removal of terminals B and C, as the new North Terminal has taken shape. The whole terminal has been rebuilt from scratch to look much more realistic. All gate assignments are correct per AA.com. There is also a brand new afcad file which contains all corrected taxiway signage and taxiways. Cargo ramps are also properly coded for respective airlines. There are several other minor upgrades throughout the airport.

File Description:
The Boeing 787 is one of the most sophisticated aircraft ever designed, and I have worked on several FS models from even before the real aircraft was ever built. I have accumulated so much data relating to this plane that I can now incorporate real world dynamics for it based on extremely realistic information. The aircraft offered here has been modified to offer all of that realism. In the real world, the 787 is flown primarily with autopilot controls, and this model is no different. It doesn't take a lot to fly this plane, and if I were to be offered the challenge I think I'd be up and flying within a few minutes, in a real 787. Because of this, I offer no advise other than normal flight rules.
If you are new to FSX, please learn through the on-board tutorials. I am not a tutor. I do not have anything to do with cosmetics. I do not design panels. All I do is help educate you about the realism of aircraft design. You can look at the aircraft.cfg and the .air file (Airfile Editor Required) to see what I've done in comparison to the original model, but I will not really help you with tutorial related issues. If you find something you think is wrong, let me know. Otherwise, enjoy this model and fly her like the real thing.

For more details please look at the README file attached to the scenery file.
EPML is home base of PZL-Mielec (Polskie Zaklady Lotnicze - Polish Aviation Works), formerly WSK-Mielec and WSK "PZL-Mielec" is the Polish aerospace manufacturer, based inMielec. It has been the biggest Polish post-war aerospace manufacturer. In 2007 it was acquired by Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, retaining the brand.Starting from 1950, the factory developed much and became the biggest Polish aircraft producer. It was a licensed producer of the Soviet jet fighters MiG-15 (produced as Lim-1), MiG-15bis (Lim-2), MiG-17 (Lim-5) and its Polish attack variant, Lim-6. The first Lim-1s were manufactured of Soviet parts in 1952, a full-scale production started in 1953. About 1500 Lims were built by 1964. In 1957-1960 there were also produced 250 Polish-designed piston trainers TS-8 Bies. From 1963 there was produced Polish-designed jet trainer TS-11 Iskra, being a basic trainer in the Polish military aviation. Its successor, designed with a part of PZL-Mielec, the PZL I-22 Iryda, appeared however a failure for different reasons, mostly lack of proper funding, and only a small series was built.
The most numerous plane built in Mielec was the licensed Soviet Antonov An-2 utility biplane, produced from 1960 in different variants. Over 13,000 of these aircraft were manufactured by 1991, mostly on the Soviet order, but also used in Poland and exported to other countries. From 1984 PZL-Mielec manufactured Soviet STOL transport planes Antonov An-28, as its only producer in the world. The plane was subsequently developed in Mielec and in a modernized variant PZL M-28 Skytruck/Bryza is offered for the Polish Army, Polish Navy and services abroad, with some success.

File Description:
Sinapore Airlines is the launch customer for the A359ULR. The aircraft is configured in a two-class layout, with 67 Business Class seats and 94 Premium Economy Class seats. She is designed for long range flights of over 9,700 nm. Fuel has been increased at the expense of souls on board. The primary use will initially be for routes between WSSS and KJFK (or KLGA), but many others of similar distance can be added later. The flight number on this aircraft reflects the first flight from KJFK-WSSS which is only 8,275 nm (Contrary to media reports of over 9,000 nm) and about 17.5 hours duration (see You Tube video on this flight). The aircraft follows normal flight rules with a higher flight level and longer range. Almost everything is computer controlled and monitored throughout the flight, from take-off to landing. Two of Four pilots monitor the flight at all times, and shift changes occur on a schedule that allows appropriate rest for the crew. The passengers enjoy accommodations unlike provided in any other aircraft or flight, with plenty of meal servings and entertainment options. To see the seating chart, enter the Airbus A359ULR Singapore Airlines folder and click the icon named “SeatGuru Seat Map Singapore Airlines Airbus A350-900 ULR.html†and the seating map will appear. The model here has ground servicing animation. Please review the ReadMe_FSX.txt document for further info on this. Read A359ULR details.txt for aircraft details. | Bethel area airfields in southwest Alaska close to the Yukon River |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This presumes you have already installed my post of Bethel PABE. In the Yukon River area of Alaska there are a lot of small villages close together, which is unusual for Alaska. Almost all of them are on the coast or a river bank, and the local economies depend on fishing. Some are larger than others and have a fish processing plant, such as in Emmonak. This is the largest such plant and it exports prepared fish by cargo planes which fly in on a daily basis, using an extended runway. This post includes airfields to the south and west of PABE, 17 of them; some of them already included and now modified. There will be more airfields to the north and northwest of Bethel in a future post. There are revisions to Bethel to include parking spaces for Yute Air (newly included here) and extra spaces for Ryan Air. Both of these flew Cessna 205 planes into the smaller village strips from Bethel (past tense as Yute Air recently went bankrupt). The northwest area is served both from Bethel and also from St Mary's PASM, which is in the northwest and at a more economical range to the local airfields (100 miles closer than Bethel). These smaller airfields have few airfield buildings or any other creature comforts; featuring heavily are a new standard blue garage building (sometimes not yet installed) and a small and old terminal shed (that has sometimes collapsed and been removed). Go to "http://vfrmap.com/" for free vfr maps of the area, There is a pic of the local chart area included here. The screenshots are a random sample. Kipnuk PAKI is the one that appears to have a second and long grass runway; what it actually has is the ground prepared for a new and long gravel runway but which hasn't been started yet as it has taken 10 years just to prepare the ground. I have no idea why.
