AI Tall Ships sailing on Long Island Sound - A gathering of ten vintage AI Sailing Ships near Fisher's Island, New York. This scenery features incredibly detailed AI Sailing Ships modeled by Ron Jeffers, Pierre de Rotalier and Mike Hill. The project includes a replica of the Pequod - Captain Ahab's whaling ship in the epic novel "Moby Dick". Eight of the ten ships make twice daily trips around Fisher's Island. There is also an animated naval rowboat which makes short demonstration runs daily. With one exception, all required files are included. This scenery has been tested with Ultimate Terrain and the FS2004 default environment. Please unzip to a temporary folder and follow the simple, illustrated instructions. Then sit back, watch the seas come to life and relive a little history. This package works very well with John B.Loney's Elizabeth Airport - 0b8_v1.zip - available here. Framerate-friendly taxiway signs for Islip MacArthur Airport using Taxiwaysigns.com exclusive sign creating program. The fix removes the Beta Scenery signs that were located on each end of all runways. The original file is not necessary for the fix to be effective.

File Description:
Flight Simulator 2004 Main terminal scenery for Islip Long Island MacArthur Airport (KISP). I have tried to as accurately recreate the main terminal at KISP according to my personal experience working there for a number of years, and from images I was able to find on the web. This is just a starting point, and anyone who wants to take my GMAX source to the next level PLEASE DO SO! I am not an expert in GMAX, and I believe it would be great to add animation to the gates for realism. Please also check out my AFCAD file that accurately represents the current and historical gate assignments as well. This update corrects some of the jetway positions to better fit with the new AFCAD for KISP. It makes the ramp better able to handle the traffic with the Ultimate Traffic add-on for FS2004. The AFCAD filename is 'AF2_KISP2.zip'.

This scenery is built for FS2004. This scenery was created with Abacus EZ Scenery. You will need the RWY12 Libraries installed as well as a few EZ scenery libraries (see readme). This scenery adds many many things, including a terminal replacement, parking spots, and vehicles, GA Hangars, and more.
