File Description:
This is St Paul Island airport, plus the town and the harbour which has featured alongside Dutch Harbor in the tv series Deadliest Catch.
St Paul is in the Pribilof group of five islands around 250 miles north of Dutch Harbour. The town has a population of less than 600, so a lot smaller than Dutch Harbour and with only one processing plant, Trident.
The Ai includes a PenAir flight, a Coast Guard C-130, and Coast Guard helicopters; sea AI includes a fishing boat and a Coast Guard cutter. The Coast Guard C-130 and helicopter flights are to Dutch Harbor, so both sceneries are required to make it work as it should. The airport has 6,500 feet of 150 feet wide asphalt with 1,000 feet of over-run at each end, aligned 36/18, lit, and with two aprons at the southern end. There is no hangerage except for Coast Guard helicopters. Runway 36 has at its northern end a hill.
In real life the runway slopes up to the north by over 60 feet, but in FS9 it doesn't; hence the change in airport elevation to 80 feet ASL to get the northern end at least partly out of a box canyon. There is fuel available and it is dispensed from a truck, there are no pumps.

TerraModels Scenery Development System by Allen Kriesman and Biber Salsa models were used to create the scenery for North Island Naval Air Station (KNZY), California. The taxiways were added using the program by Peter Jacobson. No custom models were created for this airport. There are aircraft landing and departing at this airport.

File Description:
The AFCAD file adds tower, clearance, approach/departure, and ground control frequencies suitable for AI traffic use. The approach end of Catalina's runway begins at the edge of a 1500' cliff. This gives the airport some characteristics similar to landing on an aircraft carrier that is 1,601 ft. in the air.
Also included are two voicpack edits for KAVX.

File Description:
Small scenery in Alaska of a flatplane outpost at Perry Island. You need Lago's FS Enhancer 2004 program to use this scenery. This is a fairly short flight away from some of my other Alaska sceneries. Made on top of FS Genesis terrain mesh but it's so near the shore and there isn't much ground change I think it's alright for use with any other mesh.

File Description:
Trans Island Airways was a small feeder line that operated in the South Island of New Zealand. They began service after World War II. They had the last known Electra in service in NZ. This Electra was purchased in the Kansas, and had been originally in service with Standard Oil of NY. It was badly damaged during a crash landing and was taken out of service. It was reconstructed and is now on display in a museum in New Zealand in the livery of Union Airways.

Installation:
FS2004 - Paste Scenery file inside Microsoft Games folder overwriting older Scenery file.
FS2002 - Paste Scenery file inside FS2002´s overwriting existing Scenery Folder,AND AFTER you MUST ACTIVATE tHERMALS fiLE as below steps patH:
1.Start FS2002
2.Mouse - Right click - ativate upper tool bar
3.Choose World
4.Choose Scenery Library
5.Choose Add area
6.Choose Scenery
7.choose Thermals
8.Choose Add area
9.Choose OK
10.Restart FS2002
It is Freeware.
