File Description:
Highly detailed terrain mesh of the Karakoram area, N35-37 E73-77. The files in this package are based on Shuttle Radar (SRTM) Version 2 data but with many of the void areas, especially the most significant sections, filled with elevation data generated from topographic maps by Jonathan de Ferranti. While Jonathan's work is unrelated to flight simulation he kindly gave me permission to compile his data for use in FS. The result is a wonderful improvement in detail and accuracy over any existing mesh file, freeware or commercial, based on SRTM or DTED data alone.
Due to the large area of the Himalayas I've compiled the source data as two separate series: the "Himalayan Peaks" series covers prominent mountains and ranges in higher detail and locally overrides any existing LOD9 terrain mesh. In addition, a LOD9 "base mesh" series covering the entire Himalayas will be available for those who do not yet have an add-on terrain mesh of these beautiful mountains.

File Description:
After being advised that Sywell/Northampton EGBK now had a concrete runway I decided to produce a new version of the one I made way back in volume 6. I have produced more custom buildings though I can't guarantee 100% accuracy due to lack of detailed pictures. Over the buildings area it can be used with either sharp FSX ground textures or fuzzy Google map landclass textures, whatever you prefer.

relatives and freinds in Arizona. America West was operating some 742's(I think 2) but I guess they weren't very economical so AW stopped using them.

File Description:
This is a repaint of the FSPainter fabulous Boeing 747-200 (model and air files ARE included) in Iran Air old livery. EP-IAH (named Khuzestan after
one of Iranian southern provinces), is a 747-200 combi with PW engines still operating (and still quite good looking) for Iran Air (HOMA).
This is actually an AI aircraft but can be flown too. Model and base textures by FSPainter.

This is a repaint for the PMDG Boeing 747-400 in old Cathay Pacific colors. The VR-HOO was the first B747-400 of Cathay Pacific and was delivered at 26.09.1988. These are the colors VR-HOO was wearing between the late 1980th and early 1990th with the Union Flag at the tail. You MUST have the 'PMDG 747-400 Queen of the Skies' to use these textures.

This is a repaint for the PMDG Boeing 747-400 in old Cathay Pacific colors. The B-HUE was the seventeenth B747-400 of Cathay Pacific and was delivered at 07.05.1993. These are the colors B-HUE was wearing in the late 1990th with the new engine design just before Cathay Pacific Airways changed there livery. You MUST have the 'PMDG 747-400 Queen of the Skies' to use these textures.

Cathay Pacific Boeing 747-400 with RR engines. This file contains only textures. The textures are in 32-bit for a better quality. The belly of the aircraft is made reflective, so the reflective model is recommended for this repaint. It also works fine with the non-reflective model. The AI Aardvark 747-400 RR model is required. To download the AIA B744 model, just search for ai744upr.zip.

This package is for the BA-owned charter airline to include re-branding to Caledonian Airways, and is separate from British Caledonian. This package includes FS9 32-bit and FSX/P3D 2048 DXT5 DDS textures. Aircraft model and master paint kit by Erez Weber, repaints by Michael Pearson.
