Nomads Travel Club 1998

File Description:
Nomads Travel Club may be one of the most storied travel clubs in aviation history. Founded in 1961 and based in Detroit(DTW), where the airline had it's own terminal, Nomads Travel Club gave up to 10,000 adventurous members the opportunity to hop on aircraft for elaborate tours across the earth. Initially flying a DC-7C, the airline upgraded to a L-188 Electra, CV-990, 727-100, and finally 727-200 N727M in 1993 which served the club until it's demise in 2011. N727M has traveled to dozens of countries and hundreds of airports, and I was able to find good information about 2 tours flown in 1998 and represented them in these plans. The aircraft spends at least half a day at each destination except for YHZ which is just a Westbound refueling stop. As far as I could find, the airline had no callsign or codes, so I am guessing they used the registration as a callsign. There is a paint for the AIA 727-200 on Avsim as "aib722nomads.zip".Flightplans by Chasen Richardson, based on real tours flown in 1998. Part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. Apart from the fact that this made the author look stupid, these files are harmless and will be overwritten by this new version - do NOT uninstall/remove the previous version prior to installing this one. Dual INS mockup for all your Dreamfleet 727 v2 cockpits PLUS a TCAS and Transponder set that is fully compatible for online flying! This package includes: dual INS setup which is much more realistic for a 727 than the triple setup previously released (NOTE: the INS gauges are NOT included and need to be downloaded at this website: http://simufly.com/ins/) They come with a neat installer, so no worries. All gauges are now located where they would be in reality, that is on the overhead and next to the wx radar on the forward pedestal as well in the virtual cockpit! Package includes the excellent freeware IVSI embedded TCAS & Transponder by I.L. Hetherington in ALL non-EFIS variants, both 2D and virtual cockpit! Package includes ilhtcaschange.gau by Jose Oliveira. It is now possible to add gauges to the forward pedestal panel even in the virtual cockpit - FMS, GPS, you name it.

Palestinian Airlines 1998 AI Package

File Description:
Palestinian Airlines was the short-lived hopeful airline of Palestine. Until the opening of the Yasser Arafat International Airport on the Gaza Strip(GZA\LVGZ) in November 1998, all flights were based out of the Al Arish Airport(AAC\HEAR) in Egypt. As I find GZA more interesting, I have made a version of these plans that use GZA and a version that use AAC, as in the September OAG, all flights were using AAC. Scheduled flights were flown by a lone Fokker 50, with 3x weekly to AMM and 2x weekly to JED. The 727-200 was doing charters to cities in the region, so I made representative plans for it using photo data and some other information I was able to find out about the routes and even general timings. The 727-200 departs GZA/AAC at 0830 daily and spends the night upon arrival, so you can often catch it at the home base while still seeing it abroad. Textures for the AIA 727-200 and NAAI Fokker 50 by APG Designs\Antoine Calleja and Christian Gold included. Flightplans by Chasen Richardson. Part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. AI US traffic

File Description:
This is a very nice and unusual addition to your AIA traffic within the US. All models used are from AI Aardvark models. If you need the models that I used, please drop me a note. Otherwise, all models are available for download at Avsim, or at www.ai-aardvark.com. See pics in the ZIPDRIVE. Repaints included are aircraft in liveries that never flew, but they very well could have. Liveries are from the 1970s era. Included are: Braniff International 757-200 Braniff International 767-300 Ozark 727-100 Pan Am DC-9-30 Southern 727-100 All repaints are 32Bit with no mipmaps. If you prefer the textures in DXT3 format, drop me a note and I’ll be glad to send them to you. Nothing unusual about installing.

Air Canada Boeing 727-233/Adv (C-GAAN) 1965-1977

File Description:
Air Canada 727-200 (C-GAAN) in the 1965-1977 colours on the wonderful Vistaliners model. The fuslage and tail textures are all fully hand-painted while almost all other textures are photoreal and accurate. Files are saved in 32-Bit textures for maximum quality and detail. The model by Erick Cantu (Vistaliners), is included in the package along with everything else you will need to fly. I recommend installing a specific 727 panel, to get the full use out of the model and textures. At the time of release, the textures have not been tested in FSX and I will not support anyone that has FSX problems. High-quality screenshots can be found inside the package. Hopping Round the World Adventure - Pack 43

File Description:
We make stops in Egypt, Libya (5) and Algeria (4). We have officially begun the second half of the HRW Adventure. Newbies to this pack are the AST-SST2010 and Eric Cantu Boeing 727 and 737-700 with winglets (see readme). Good mixes of big iron as you make your rounds around Africa and some nice scenery as well.
