PABR - Wiley Post-Will Rogers Meml Airport | Barrow, Alaska. Barrow Alaska is the northernmost airport in the United States, Alaska airlines is the only airline with scheduled flights to this airport. The amount of parking, as well as AI-Traffic handling efficiency is now double what it was before at this airport. Day & Night visual effects and performance have also been considerably enhanced. This was designed using Flight 1's excellent "Airport Facilitator X" program.

Kerkira Airport Enhancement

File Description:
This is old scenery which has been updated for FS2004 and enhances the visual environment of Ionian sea island airport of Kerkira, also known as Corfu. Its part of my “Greek Airfields” package that currently is not fully compatible with FS2004 since MS decided to move the airports in Greece and elsewhere to adjacent positions and ASD, which I use for placing these objects, is not compatible with FS2004. Here you will find airport & terrain enhancements for Hellenic airport of Kerkira LGKR that make it look closer to the real one; hotels, runway turning bay, perimeter fences, windsocks, radio antennae, new approach radar antenna to the southwest and most importantly, an exclusion of autogen scenery that is wrongfully generated on each side of the runway. A big difference is attributed to Babis Peribolas’s Kerkira mesh terrain that is included in this scenery. Scenery includes the necessary ASD 2.1 textures.

I made this scenery using standard objects. I corrected the airport altitude which is 80ft instead of 535 ft of the default scenery. Therefore the airport scenery should be used with a mesh scenery, e.g. the freeware mesh of Colombia by Raimondo Taburet (flightsim.com).

South America Mesh Scenery, MeshX_F4

Mesh terrain scenery for the whole continental South America, based on SRTM 90m dem geotiff files (at: ftp://ftp.glcf.umiacs.umd.edu/glcf/SRTM/Degree_Tiles/), resampled to 76 meter of horizontal resolution (LOD 9). The new files have improved the vertical resolution from 16m to 10m, resulting in more details and accuracy over previous versions. There are 50 files, compatible with FS 9 and FS X, identified in a map by column letter and line number, covering the contiguous countries and states. Boundaries: N = 5º 37.5' S; S = 11º 15' S; W = 41º 15' W; E = 33º 45' W;
