File Description:
Due to FSX's inability to properly display the default fence in some locations and it's inability to follow sloping terrain, I created models to display fence where it was important to airport scenery. Sliding gate models were also created for use with the fence models and the default fence. It has come to my attention that the fence and gate models may not display correctly in some airport sceneries because they didn't utilize textures available in the base FSX program. This package provides those textures which may be missing in some FSX installations. One is the FSX ChainLink512.dds texture revised and renamed to ChainLink.bmp. The other is fencewgrass.bmp (source unknown).

This is a beautiful rendition of Fairmont Airport in Fairmont WV. Any GA or bush pilot can appreciate this beautiful airport hidden in the mountains of West Virginia.It features the AC Express Flight School Hanger bay and adjacent hangers. Airport includes updated RNWY numbers and taxiway placement, pilots observing the airport, birds flying over head, two lighted base ball stadiums, and an abundance of trees placed one by one around the field! File Description:
This is a freeware version of Milton Shupe's superb Dash 7 for use as an AI aircraft. It retains most of its STOL characteristics, and has activated propellors, flaps, spoilers and landing gear. Like all AI aircraft it is limited by the FS2002 AI engine and may not land correctly at some airports, especially those where there is high terrain in the vicinity. This aircraft can be persuaded to go into some fairly tricky places e.g. PADU - Dutch Harbour (Unalaska) provided the correct runway is chosen. It will also land on shorter runways than the default AI aircraft. With the permission of Milton Shupe.

Afcad Tips and Tricks - an Illustrated Tutorial. Although Lee Swordy's indispensible program includes very complete documentation, this tutorial illustrates several of the less obvious things you can do with the program. Topics include creating a quick flatten, decorating the edges of a runway, use of the polygon feature to enhance terrain adjacent to an airport, drawing "roads", creating invisible taxiways, moving or removing the Helicopter "H" and use of the "jump here" command. Even if you are an experienced user of Afcad, you will likely find some useful ideas in this tutorial. Compiled in .doc and .pdf formats for your flying enjoyment by David "Opa" Marshall.

FS2004 Scenery-Barnstable Muni-Boardman/Polando Field Airport (KHYA) in Massachusettes serves Hyannis and Barnstable County and is owned by Town Of Barnstable. The airport has more than one runway. The longest is a paved runway extending 5425 feet. The facility is at an elevation of 55 feet at a distance of about one mile from Hyannis. Created with EZ Scenery. EZ Scenery libraries required. New objects and textures by the author are included. Three AFCAD2 files are included for the default FS9 roads, USA Roads and Ultimate Terrain users. PLEASE READ THE README FILE!!! | Albany, New York Bridge Fix for default FS2004 scenery. |

File Description:
Albany, New York Bridge Fix. While flying around the Albany, NY area the other day, I came across a bridge "mess" which you can see in Screenshot 1. It looks as if several bridges collapsed at the same location. This package provides two files; one which will exclude the "mess" and another one which provides a new, default bridge at that location. Note: The bridge problem is seen only in the default FS2004 scenery - if you are using Ultimate Terrain, you do not need this correction. Please unzip to a temporary folder and follow the very easy instructions. Compiled for your flying (and driving) enjoyment by David "Opa" Marshall.

File Description:
By request, here is an improved version of the stock Marlboro Airport. I adjusted and added aprons,roads and
taxiways to more closely match real life. I replaced most default buildings and added additional buildings.
I also added several buildings in the area, such as barns, houses, apartment buildings, and gas station. I added
static vehicles, aircraft, lightpoles, fences and other filler objects.
This is one of those small, interesting airports that are scattered all over the country. There is a road at one end
of the runway, and trees at the other. It can make for some challenging take-offs and landings. Works best with
Ultimate Terrain X.

File Description:
These islands are sparsely populated, but FSX with UTX-TAC has Crooked Island containing cities with high-rise buildings instead of settlements. This has been adjusted somewhat in this scenery. Bahamasair has flights twice weekly to these islands with the landing at MYCI being one of the more challenging due to rising terrain at the east end of the short and narrow runway. Parking has been provided to accommodate those AI flights in this package. The scenery includes custom scenery objects, placement of library objects and landclass changes. Scenery is based on Google Earth, Bing Maps and photos taken locally, and it is optimized for use with UTX-TAC.
