This series of 20 gate-to-gate IFR flights puts you in command of a 737-400 flying the Michigan State University Spartans men's basketball team to and from their road games this season. The road schedule includes trips from Lansing to Alaska, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania. (Includes FLT, WX, PLN and BRF files for each flight).

File Description:
FS2002 Scenery - Bearpaw Air Taxi. A fictional airport located 3 miles east of Iliamna, Alaska. This is a private airfield with a 2000ft gravel runway and floatlpane dock, it is intended to be used as a base of operations for flights to and from other bush scenery I have made in the Iliamna area. Sound files for Lago's FSSoundScape are also included.

Rocky Bay Homestead

File Description:
This is a fictional scenery, located 21 miles South of Homer Ak, on the North shore of the Gulf of Alaska. It's a representation of a small Alaskan homestead where the owners are living a semi-subsistance lifestyle. There is a small dirt strip and dock for floatplanes. Stop by, visitors are always welcome, it gets lonely in the bush.

America West Boeing 747-400 (Old Colors)

File Description:
America West Airlines never operated the 747-400 series, but did utilize the -200 series on long haul routes to Hawaii and Alaska circa 1983. This is Project OpenSky's excellent 747-400 model in America West's initial color scheme; it is patterned after it's namesake in the airline's short-lived -200 fleet: N534AW. Textures are 32 bit (without mipmaps for clarity).

This is a GPS approach for those interested in the ability to get into Hank's Trading Post, located on the Taku River southeast of Juneau, Alaska. This freeware scenery is available on Avsim.com and is compatible with Holger Sandman's Glacier Bay scenery. With so few land based navaids available, the GPS system is quickly becoming the approach of choice in this region.
