DC3 Photo-real Modern, Re-built Panel

File Description:
This panel is made from a photograph of a modern day DC3. It features a unique 1950's-1960's style radio array mounted on top of the panel. The default King Air Radio gauge has been modified to work with it. The full version includes all working gauges, including VOR, ILS, the compact King Air autopilot, a repostioned GPS, and the default DC3 pop up windows for electrical, engine, and other controls. This shareware version, for evaluation purposes, is limited in gauge functions, color blending, and visibilty. It also includes the Right and Forward-Right cockpit views for evaluation of the full set of 7 inside views. The full set includes cargo and passenger options, from two different DC3 aircraft in use today (see screen shots). Also included as freeware, is the modified DC3 MDL file by Clive Ryan (dc3_mdl.zip), with permission. This will switch off the default virtual cockpit, so it does not conflict with the internal views. Or, if you know how to hex-edit, you can modify your own default MDL file, by following Clive's tutorial, which is included (only recommended for advanced users). Bristol Britannia Version 2

File Description:
A highly detailed and comprehensive panel designed for Mike Stone's Bristol Britannia aircraft. In addition to the standard instrumentation, includes cabin announcements, traffic radar, fuel management etc. Some extra downloads (detailed in the manual) may be required for full functionality. Changes in Version 2 include several revised gauges and improved night-lighting effects. Conflicts with certain screen drivers causing system crashes have been resolved. The manual is included here in plain text format, but a fully illustrated manual is also available in PDF format as brtpanm.zip. If you are upgrading from Version 1 please use the file britpan2u.zip.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Boeing 777-200ER Full Fleet Package

File Description:
This is an add-on for the previous KLM Boeing 777-200ER I painted (klm_mj_772er.zip).

With this fleet package, you will be able to fly KLM´s complete fleet of Boeing 777-200ER´s, KLM will receive the last 772 in January 2005.

Kneeboard Viewer 2 for P3D/FSX/X-Plane

File Description: Kneeboard Viewer 2 (KV2) allows the user to open one or two ‘on-top-windows’ to view programs of choice, such as a web page like SkyVector, or a pdf reader for approach charts, in ‘kneeboard windows’ on top of FSX/P3D/X-Plane. The kneeboard windows may be sized and positioned as desired, and will stay visible on top of FSX/P3D/X-Plane while you fly, or may be toggled on and off (shown or hidden) by user selectable keys (or key combinations). There is also an option to control both kneeboard windows together as a unit with a single key. KV2 works in window or full screen mode with FSX/P3D/X-Plane. KV2 was developed as a possible replacement for the PDFkneeboard program which, unfortunately, does not currently work in the latest versions of P3D. However, KV2 does not depend on FSX, P3D or X-plane in any way, and in fact can be used as a general ‘window-on-top’ type of utility.

JELAIR - HUD2010 for jets

File Description: HUD - Full-screen heads-up-display for jets (suitable for all types of jets). It is an XML gauge for FSX only (it will NOT work with older flightsims). The gauge is designed for any screen-resolution, but is only tested at 1280x1024. Wide-screen resolutions have NOT been tested, and might therefore NOT work correctly (especially the attitude-ladder MAY behave incorrectly on wide-screens). The gauge is only tested on Windows XP pro/SP3, using FSX/SP2. It may or may not work on other systems.

FS SmartVIEW version 1.1

File Description:
Once installed, FS SmartVIEW is added to the Modules menu of Flight Simulator 2004 and modifies the behaviour of mouse wheel & buttons, as well as keys, adding support for SmartVIEW rotation and zoom. Change your eye point, fine tuning the angle and looking towards any direction, in just seconds, through natural movements of the mouse or by user's defined keys. Make a pre-flight external inspection by turning around the aircraft and zooming in/out quickly. Works in "Cockpit View" (2D) also, with or without instrument panel displayed on screen, in addition to Virtual Cockpit and Spot Plane View. Load and save the most frequently used view setups. Cool user's selectable options, including mouse sensitivity and key assignments. The shareware / unregistered version is limited to 10 minutes per flight session, after which you will have to restart Flight Simulator to get additional time. Once registered, no time limitation exists. Requires a mouse equipped with a wheel to get full functionalities. New version featuring better compatibility with Windows Vista, much easier software registration and minor bug fixes.

Lockheed L-1649A Starliner

File Description:
AI version of the Lockheed Starliner v. 2.1 by Manfred Jahn, Hansjoerg Naegele, and others. To optimize frame rates, the model uses MIP texture graphics and three levels of detail - LOD_400 (full screen to about half- screen), LOD_100 (half-screen down to about 1.5 cm), and LOD_040 (1.5 cm and less). Liveries include TWA, Air France (by Alex Carry), Lufthansa (by Tim Scharnhop), and TWA Cargo (by Frank Gonzales). Aircraft configuration adapted from Tom Gibson's and Mike Steven's Calclassic AI project at http://www.calclassic.com/AIAircraft.htm.
