UGAM Ambrolauri Patch

File Description:
This is a patch for the light scenery of UGAM Ambrolauri Airport, uploaded recently. Some users reported crashs with the scenery. These crashs obviously occured with FS9 installations with texture sets not containing seasonal river textures, as this scenery uses such textures.
