File Description:
Adds dynamic resolution 6 textures, cloud layers and a ring system to the planet Neptune. Also adds six new moons to the Neptune system: Despina, Galatea, Larissa, Naiad, Thalassa and the fictional N/2011_N15. Includes scenarios and bases to get you there quick.
