This is a repaint, made for the X-Scenery Mitsubishi MU-2 (payware aircraft add-on). It depicts the Colani cargo-livery.
Due to the limitations of the model you`ll experience the "cargo-feeling" just on the outside.
I added normal-files (with specular-layers) wich contain custom-made effects. (specular regulated gloss)
and special made LIT files, revealing where the light comes from.
Please read the enclosed "Colani README FIRST.PDF" carefully.
MIND!!
With the Mitsubishi MU-2B-60 64 bit version - just use the livery and DO NOT change the obj files as described.
New normals and instructions will follow.

Recently a new version/update of the Mitsubishi MU-2B-60 has been released by X-Aviation.
This version is for XP10 64 bit only.
Due to various changes, the normals-set I previously published cannot be used for this version.
Herewith I present you a new normals-set for the MU-2b-60.
How to install:
Download MU-2B-60_normals.zip and unzip it to a temp folder.
Read the enclosed PDF carefully.

| French Navy Douglas C47-D Flottille 56S nr 87 |

File Description:
This repaint is inspired by the French Navy livery for the C47 D.
It depicts (more or less) the nr 87 at the end of its career with the 52S Flottille.
Discarding her age, she was a reliable workhorse.
These days she doesn't fly any more but she still exists, standing at the entrance of the Nimes Naval base.
As I wanted to give an over-all impression of the bird I aimed my brushes on the outside and to the interior, including the panel and cockpit as well.
Did some additional bumpmapping (editing the normals accordingly the changes to the exterior).
At the last moment found a French crew, willing to fly this bird to you.
Merci beaucoup mes amis.
I hope you`ll all enjoy this skin as much as I enjoyed making it.

John Glanville`s Mooney Package vol. 1.
John Glanville made us a fantastic fleet of Mooney liveries for the Carenado Mooney for Microsoft Flightsimulator.
All these paints are made using the default "blanks" wich came with the model.
My "paint-pal" John Glanville gave me permission to use his textures from the MSFS skins and create skin sets for the Carenado Mooney for X-Plane.
Herewith John Glanville`s Mooney Package vol. 1 (three liveries)
Two volumes to follow shortly.
Installation: Just unzip the contents of Glanville_Mooney_package_1.ZIP into your Mooney liveries folder.

Polish Border Guard livery for PZL M20 "Mewa" ( Piper Seneca manufactured in Poland by WSK PZL Mielec in a limited series from the 1980s. )
A repaint for the Carenado Piper Seneca II (XP9 and XP10)
This is a repaint representing a "Mewa" in a Polish Border Guard livery , as far as possible within the restrictions of the texturemapping wich comes with this Carenado plane , wich isn`t that painter friendly.
Nevertheless a gorgeous plane to fly and paint.

This livery is not exact depicting a (former) existing livery , due to a lack of photomaterial showing one.
Nevertheless I tried to come close to something "looking genuine".

This is a livery-paint + * for the default Cessna 172 in X-Plane 9 and X-Plane 10

* Paintwork for this livery includes added normalmapping and higher-res textures.

By adding normals and increasing the texture-resolution this default Cessna 172 is "as good as new".

This is a livery-paint for the Leading Edge Simulations Douglas DC3/C47.
Paint made by Leen "Flybike" de Jager
This paint depicts (more or less,within the limitations of the model and its painter) the C47-D ,118527 "Jiminy Cricket "
Historical Note:
"Jiminy Cricket" is depicted as it flew for the Sicily operation in improvised night camouflage.
It was one of the original 52 C-47s that deployed to Egypt with the 316thTCG in December 1942.
"Jiminy Cricket" was one of the first from the 316th Sq.
ATC, to visit Project 19, delivering worn out parts and returning rebuilt
engines to the RAF. It eventually took part in the invasion of Sicily,
where, the pilot, Sgt. George Quisenberry received wounds from German FLAK.
The shell destroyed the nose of the Aircraft, knocking out all instruments
except the stand by compass. Jiminy carried the crew back with nothing but
the moon and the sticking standby compass. Jiminy Cricket was repaired and
served through May 1, 1947, then was "salvaged"
The skin-set includes cockpit- and (freighter-) cabin textures as well.
Passenger-seats, luggage-racks ,airco etc.removed from the plane.( its a freighter now !!)
