File Description:
BKS AIR TRANSPORT - Repaint of the R4D MAAM in a fictional representation of G-AMVC flown by the BKS Airways company in the UK. On 17th October 1961 whilst on a positioning flight to Carlisle Airport it flew into high ground in poor visibility and all four crew were killed. Part of the wreckage still lies at the crash site today.

Ilyushin Il-18V c/n 180002502. Delivered 14 February 1961 and registered as 9G-AAL. Returned to Soviet Union in June 1963 and registered as CCCP-75533 with Aeroflot from January 1964. Crashed on take-off with locked rudder at Samarkland on 5 June 1970. These are texture files only for the IL-18D (IL18DAP13.ZIP) by Edgar Guinart. Repaint by Andre Reimers.

File Description:
VH-EDC (Constructors No. 12874) was acquired by Qantas in May 1961 and remained with the company until November 1971. Based on Jan Visser's legendary DC-3 model for FS2000, updated for FS2002, this model includes transparent cockpit and cabin windows, nightlighting, lit 3D interior with opening passenger door, boarding ladder and other details. Includes FS2002 lights fix by Paul Pridmore.

File Description:
This scenery represents the airport of Kingston Jamaica before the opening of the long modern runway and stylish terminal which became Norman Manley International Airport. The runway was largely complete by 1959 and the terminal was opened officially in 1961. The airport in existence prior to that was a much simpler affair, although Jamaica as a destination was attracting carriers such as BOAC and Trans Canada.

You need the payware LevelD 767 for this repaint to work. Please read the instructions carefully or this Level D for FS2004 repaint will not show up properly.

The road bridge was built in 1961 and recently strengthened to take 2 more lanes of traffic Designed for use with addon mesh terrain.

This addon reproduces the Vostok I Mission as flown by Yuri Gagarin on April 12, 1961. It features a Vostok 8K72K booster with capability to lift a 4735kg payload to a 200 km, 51,6 degrees inclination orbit.
This version implements new paticle based exhuast as well as a fix to the guidance routine which allows for simulataneous auto-piloted launches

File Description:
After leasing Viscounts from Hunting Clan for a time, MEA recieved their own examples technically leased from BOAC associate companies. This one OD-ACU saw service in the Channel Islands for the month of July 1961 when it was leased by Jersey Airlines. It ended its days with Air Zimbabwe in 1983.
