File Description:
This freeware package contains a visible/audible cannon effect plus
control gauge, as addon for RealAir Simulations' Spitfire (payware).
The effect is activated either by mouseclicking the gunswitch on the
panel, or by a key / joystickbutton that generates FS2004
"Reheat/Afterburner On/Off" commands.
Including detailled installation instructions.
The package can be used (although with limitations) for other
aircraft too. See README.

What I adapt:

- add / correct taxiways
- add GAC West for GA including Block A80 / A70
- add parking pos. / gates E, F, H, K
- add firestation
- add some statics on not relevant pos.

After watching an episode of Ice Pilots, I saw a Buffalo Airways King Air they called the Bird Dog. It was used to control the fire fighting air traffic over a forest fire. This is my representation of this aircraft. I did my best based on photos from an internet search to keep it as close to the original as possible.

In Western Australia, the Dept. of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) operate several mobile incident control vehicles to provide communications, logistic, mapping and planning assitance to incident maagement teams. This repaint is of a fictional airborne command post that can fly over fire grounds for extended periods to provide this assistance and provide live intelligence data on the progress of the fire.

Scenery in this package is based on Virtual Earth (Bing) and Google Earth imagery. Landclass changes, rework of runways-taxiways-aprons, placement of library objects and a library of new airport buildings are included as well as custom objects.

By request, here is an improved version of the stock Davison Army Air Field. I added Military_Cargo and Military_Combat parking spaces. I added the fire station and fire trucks. I removed and replaced most default buildings, added additional buildings and moved the control tower. Added static fuel trucks, helicopters, parking lots with cars and light poles. Added, removed, or adjusted
taxiways and aprons.
