File Description:
The ARX-1 is a single seat sailplane concept in both unpowered (A model) and powered versions (B model). Both glider models make use of the variometer to detect thermals for soaring in FSX. The Concept 1 was our first concept plane, released in 2000 for FS7. The ARX-1 was originally designed after RC gliders, with basic technology from the default FS2000 Schweizer. So it does not have negative flaps, water ballast, or retractable gear. As our first Concept, it is purposely built to be incredibly simple, reliable, docile, and mildy aerobatic and features a forward fuselage and cockpit section identical to it's much smaller and faster cousin, the ARX-6 Formula One pylon air racer. FreeFlight TRI-40 RadAlt version 2. The difference with v1 is just the fact that the buzzer sounds only once and only while descending. For FSX and FS 2004 stand alone XML gauge in two models (RG or fixed gear). Shows AGL and preselected DH with light and sound warnings. Sound gauge by Doug Dawson.

Polished, bare metal textures,including clean VC, for the RealAir Spitfire 2008 Mark IX of a fairly rare (cannon + 4 MGs) Spitfire FVIII in impeccable condition prior to its first display flight -- the only such aircraft to fly during WWII. Painted in its original non-standard RAF markings with silver-painted fabric control surfaces, the aircraft is currently displayed at the South African National Museum of Military History in Johannesburg. It also has great historical interest: in 1944 this SAAF aircraft was sent from he war zone to South Africa at the specific request of General Smuts -- Churchill's close friend and confidant -- for display purposes to boost morale. Pilots found no discernible differences in handling between the Mk VIII and the the Mk IX versions. These entirely reworked textures more closely represent the real aircraft than the worn and grubby first version (SPITSAM.ZIP). Textures by Grant MacLean/Sean Moloney/RealAir.

This freeware AI package, produced by Mark Campbell for Military AI Works, contains all 68 Lockheed Martin F-16 Fighting Falcons and 5 Northrop F-5 Tigers belonging to the Republic of China Air Force, 401st TFW based at Hualien AFB RCYU. There are four squadrons within the 401st TFW at Hualien AFB; they are the 17st TFG, 26th TFG and the 27th TFG all using the F-16A/B and the 12 TRG using F-16 A/B and RF-5 E. This is a much more accurate version of 3S8 Grants Pass OR. than default FSX,(using default buildings)
NOTE; This is a Fixed version!. Some FlightSim fan's pointed out some issues to me,
1, Corrected the vasi lights from west side to east side of runway.
2, Fixed the "UTX" house on the east side of the field issue.
3, Added the lighter soil around the runway.
4, Corrected runway signs, changed from "30-12" to "31-13".(oops)
