Hopping Round the World Adventure - Pack 42

File Description:
We make stops in Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Congo (DRC) (4), Cameroon, Chad and Sudan. The first rain shower in Africa kick things off. We are now at the halfway mark in the Hopping Round the World Adventure since starting on August 3, 2003. 9 months have passed and 74,492 packs downloaded to date. 48 aircraft types, 427 takeoffs/landings and 69,856 miles flown so far. The upcoming packs take us back up towards Italy, the UK, France and Spain. Who can believe it? It’s now spring.

Lockheed L-1649A Starliner

File Description:
AI version of the Lockheed Starliner v. 2.1 by Manfred Jahn, Hansjoerg Naegele, and others. To optimize frame rates, the model uses MIP texture graphics and three levels of detail - LOD_400 (full screen to about half- screen), LOD_100 (half-screen down to about 1.5 cm), and LOD_040 (1.5 cm and less). Liveries include TWA, Air France (by Alex Carry), Lufthansa (by Tim Scharnhop), and TWA Cargo (by Frank Gonzales). Aircraft configuration adapted from Tom Gibson's and Mike Steven's Calclassic AI project at http://www.calclassic.com/AIAircraft.htm.

Concorde AI Flight Plans

File Description:
This is part one of a fictional timetable for the Concorde, both British Airways and Air France. I couldn't get my hands on a real timetable for them since I think they are still grounded but as more info comes up about routes that they sevice or used to service I will include them in future updates. Located in Le Lamentin, a suburb of the capital Fort-de-France, it was opened in 1950 and renamed in 2007 after author and politician Aime Cesaire. This file has the right coordenates, with the apron and characteristics of the airport. The runways and runways were resized the gates placed on correct location and jetways workings.

Custom Buildings 2 for EZ-Scenery

File Description:
FS9 custom buildings are scattered throughout various object libraries that are associated with specific cities. (For example Scenery/Namw/scenery/seattl.bgl.) These are most of the custom objects I could find in the Eure, Eurw and Asia scenery files. Almost all the objects in this library are either airport buildings (mostly hangers) or city buildings (offices, hotels, etc.) I labeled them AB and CB, respectively. A few of the buildings are specifically identified, including a fire station, two Martinair buildings and one Air France building.

After Word War II, This Douglas C47A has been modified in DC-3C for the french company "Air France", who used her to transport mail all over the country and by all weather conditions. on september 1955, the 21th, she was destroy le 21 September 1955 in landing by foggy weather, near Bordeaux-Mérignac, but the crew was safe.
