File Description:
This is a repaint of an Untitled White (but dirty) 747-400. I have spent many hours on this to make it looking the best it can. Photoreal effects where added to the paint to make it as realistic as possible. This was originally made for the PMDG 747-400 with the wiglets removed (in the PMDG menu under 'Model') but using winglets will also work. This paint also includes all 3 engine variants. Thanks to Robin for the windows.

Boeing 747-400 Captains. Welcome to my realistic wingviews for the new Posky B747-400V4. Two sets of views are provided. One set is optimized for B744s powered by Rolls-Royce motors and the other set applies to machines powered by both the PW & GE motors. This is because some very minor eyepoint adjustments had to be made because of the difference in engine-pod design.
****Please note - these views were created on a 20" widescreen LCD monitor with a resolution of 1680 X 1050 so I do not know how they will look on other monitors of different aspect ratios/resolutions.****
Have fun flying the 744 & pop back into the cabin now and then to become a pax =)

Model Features include fully animated control surfaces, fully independent suspension, main gear steering, trim animation, opening passenger doors, opening cargo doors, dynamic flexing wings, animated tilting boogies, rolling wheels, animated thrust reverser's, fully reflective textures (each part has different degree of reflection based on material), accurate flight dynamics (accurate FDE with full profiles for wheels, tires, struts, leading/trailing struts, engine types ... Tested by real pilots.), newly re-defined individual part damage profiles, accurate spoiler animation, detailed textures, full night lighting, visible landing lights from the cockpit, reflective cockpit windows, crash effects, transparent nav light lenses, newly re-defined individual part damage profiles. Braniff International 747-227B repaint for the Project Open Sky 747 v4 series.
The colors and logos depicted here are accurate to the best of my ability. I've been interested in historic 747's for several years now as an outgrowth of my experiences with the Historic Jetliners Group.
The natural metal textures I used on the engines is the work of my HJG associate Yannick Charland.
I've included models and the necessary text files to incorporate these repaints into your collection.

File Description:
This FSX repaint represents the PMDG 747-400F Queen of the Skies and the recently introduced -400 variant for Evergreen International (N491EV).
The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paintkit and features DDS DXT5 textures and updated night textures which increase the illumination of the fuselage and tail at night.
PMDG 747-400 for FSX required. See readme for important installation instructions and enjoy the repaint.
