File Description:
P-51D 44-74444 'Warhorse' was flown in this scheme in the late '80s and early '90's by
Dan Joyce and his partner. The hand in the noseart is a symbol for the practice of American Indians
to mark their mustangs with warpaint. Following a crash landing in 1994, the aircraft was sold and
is at present in storage in California. Repaint by Jan kees Blom, based on the paintkit by G.J.
Smith.

File Description:
This package is a texture update for my repaint depicting the personal aircraft of Captain Nicholas "Cowboy" Megura. It corrects some colour discrepancies that have come to light. This update is dependent on 'SU_P51B_Meguras_Ill_Wind_v1.zip' being installed first.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang, in the colors of P-51D-15-NA 44-15001 6N-N "Silver Streak" flew with the 505th FS, 339th FG from Fowlmere in the UK, with Capt. Robert E Irion, of Axtell, Kansas as its regular pilot. It was later reregistered 6N-Z.
Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the A2A paintkit.

Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

This folder contains a repaint for the 'P-51D-5-NA Little Friends' package of the Warbirdsim P-51D Mustang in the colors of #44-13554 C3-P "Roscoe II" as flown by Captain James N. Brink of the 382nd FS/ 363rd FG. Lt Hudson went MIA flying this aircraft on 13 august 1944.

This file contains a repaint for the Warbirdsim P-51B Fighter Leader X package, in the colors of North American Mustang Mk.III, HB876 9G-L, which flew with RCAF 441 'silver fox' squadron between may and july 1945. This is a repaint for the Shockwave World War II Fighters P-51D Mustang, depicting "WD-P Rita Marie" a P-51 flown by Major Robert Ackerley of the 335th Fighter Squadron, 4th Fighter Group, based in Debden, UK. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on textures by Milan Zejdlik. This repaint works in FS2004 as well, as do my other repaints of the 335th.

File Description:
44-14165 was flown by Lt. Jimmie Wright of the 376th FS. In March/April 1944, Lt. Wright was one of four 361st pilots assigned to 'Bill's Buzz Boys' and destroyed two Ju88s and an Me110 on the ground, probably destroyed an Me210 and damaged another, plus another Me110. Repaint for the Shockwave WWII Mustang by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by John Terrell.
