GOL Boeing 737-700 Special Alberto Santos-Dumont colours

File Description:
Special colours with 14 Bis, 100 years a first flight of the GOL 737-700 AI Aardvark boeing 737-700. Alberto Santos-Dumont was a important early pioneer of aviation, who was born in Brazil. The flight of the 14 Bis on 12 november 1906, is considered to be the first to take off, fly, and land without the use of catapults, high winds, launch rails, or other external assistance. This file contains only textures. The non-winglet 737-700 model is required. It can be found here on Avsim. Just search for aia_737.zip.

Bloukrans and Storms River (Paul Sauer) bridges – South Africa

File Description: The Bloukrans and Paul Sauer (over the Storms river) bridges are on the N2 highway between Plettenberg Bay and Port Elizabeth on the scenic garden route in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. I made the custom scenery to try some Blender techniques using the P3D 4.5 SDK and tested it in P3D V5 using the ORBX Africa LC and Pilots NG2020 mesh products (I included a fix for the default V5 mesh). You will find the world's highest commercial bungee jump from the Bloukrans bridge, 216m above the river below. Take off from FAPG and fly a heading of 95 degrees for 32 km to get to the Bloukrans bridge (just off the coast). Follow the highway further east for another 26 km to get to the 120m high Paul Sauer bridge, where I included some additional eye candy.

Jetplan 767 v6

File Description:
Compiled from actual 767 performance manuals and load sheets this MS Excel Spreadsheet allows you to calculate Fuel required with factored fuel burn for headwind and aircraft weight with respect to trip distance including alternate. It produces a fully annotated load sheet with ZFW, TOW and LW clearly indicated. A Takeoff Card sheet provides Takeoff N1 for Derate 2, Derate 1 and Full Power Takeoffs, together with the balanced field V speeds for current airfield pressure altitude and temperature. A Performance Sheet provides Regulated Take-Off Weights (RTOW) for the following factors: Field length Weights allowing for runway slope %, wind component pressure altitude and temperature. The Climb Limit weights give the limiting weights for the above factors together with packs on/off and engine and or wing anti-ice applied. All sheets can be printed. This file is FREEWARE.
