File Description:
These are scans from an old Air Canada DC-8 manual. The charts include hard-to-find takeoff thrust settings for the Rolls Royce Conway engines on the DC-8-40 series. Also includes stabiliser settings for takeoff, and 'Turbulence Penetration Speed (IAS) and Level Flight EPR' tables.
Big thanks to Herman Kreimes who provided the manual for scans.

The documents in this file describe the status of the AI helicopters. I elected not to complete this project several months ago. The information will get you started in the right direction. Read the file titled Greetings first. I have provided it as a doc, rtf, and a txt file. Also included are files for Midway and Meigs for the AI choppers. I have included the Goodyear Defender work by Bill Lyons which all of this was based upon. Please do not contact me with questions unless you are committed to publishing your finished work. I have no desire to take this project to completion. You should contact Bill Lyons for YOUR use of his air file for the Defender. I have included my conversations with Bill.

File Description:
This aircraft and texture set is for fun flying. It sports a very unique AVSIM Convention 2006 livery as the specific mascot for the AVSIM Convention in Washington DC in September 2006. Visually a pleasure to fly and has a rather interesting Night Texture effect which should add to your flying pleasure. Be sure to also get the A380 Generic AVSIM Convention aircraft that is available in the AVSIM library. I recommend that you take the opportunity to go to the AVSIM Washington DC Convention as there will be lots of interesting Flight Sim paraphernalia and information available there. For access to over 1000 other textures available for Flight Sim feel free to drop into Garry J. Smith's site - http://www.gjsmith.net
