North Central Airlines Douglas DC-3 'White Feather' V1.0 - Default

File Description:
FS 2004 default DC-3 in North Central's late 50's early 60's "White Feather" paint scheme. This about the time the CV-340's came on line. Thanks to Mark Beaumont for his wonderful bare metal textures. I also want to pay homage to the late Ed Knapp who did many wonderful DC-3 repaints including the original North Central repaint. Ala Littoria, Fokker F VIIb/3m.

File Description:
The Fokker F.VII trimotor was one of the best airliners of the inter-war period. After 1930 Fokker F.VIIb/3m was licence-built by Italian I.M.A.M. (Industrie Meccaniche Aeronautiche Meridionali) that renamed it 'Ro-10'. Four 'Ro-10' were used by Italian 'Ala Littoria' (I-DUCE, I-AAXX, I-AAXY, I-AAXZ) on colonial routes. These textures require the FREEWARE original aircraft package (KNIML version) by Jens B. Kristensen (f7_kn_v1.zip). Installation instructions are included. ___________________________________

Ford Trimotor - Transcontinental Air Transport (TAT) N9651 Fantasy of Flight Collection

File Description: This is a repaint for the FSX native conversion by full of the FS9 Ford Trimotor. It is based on the "Lao Che" repaint by R.E. Wyman. You need to have the original FS9 files and full's FSX native conversion files (http://www.classicwings.net/freeplanes/Ford_Trimotor/Ford_Trimotor.zip) for it to work. This repaint will not work in FS9. Unfortunately I could not add the "U.S. MAIL" lettering on the nose as this area is mirrored in the model. The rest of the "TAT" lettering and logo are shown on the aft fuselage. TAT (Transcontinental Air Transport) eventually became TWA.

VFR Ford Reliability Tour 1925

File Description:
Henry Ford announced, in July 1925, the Ford Reliability Tour for commercial aircraft. Anthony Fokker made sure to be the first to arrive in the first three stages, which brought him all the publicity he wanted. In fact, the success of the Fokker F.VIIa-3m inspired Henry Ford to build the Ford Trimotor, based on this Fokker aircraft. The beautiful Fokker F.VIIb-3m (f7b_klm1.zip), created by Jens B. Kristensen, is the closest plane available for this Tour.
