London Long Range Radar Complex

File Description:
We have spent the day exploring the National Museaum of the USAF at Wright Patterson AFB [KFFO] in Ohio. We pulled some strings and the kind folks at Wright-Pat let us land and park our aircraft on the ramp. As we head back home to Columbus, Ohio we will be passing overhead the London LRR [QWO] which is some 25 nm east of KFFO. If you start from Rickenbacker Intl [KLCK] in Columbus the site will be 26 nm west of you as you climb out. A helipad and terminal VOR [108.00] are included in the scenery. Scenery sets are provided for the FSGenesis 38m terrain mesh, and the standard fs9 terrain mesh.

File Description:
The T-1A Jayhawk is a medium-range, twin-engine jet trainer. It is used by the US Air Force's Air Education and Training Command to train student pilots to fly airlift or tanker aircraft. The swept wing T-1A is the military version of the Beech 400A multi-place business jet. Repaint includes both white and the new grey color scheme. MODEL by Henry Tomkiewicz. Repaint by Jarvis Chang.

Lufthansa Flight Training Meridian

The flying tests will help you learn the approach, speed, and height control skills needed to successfully drop mud bombs (retardant) on spot fires. Then you'll be able to practice mud bomb drops on a never-ending series of spot fires. Earn certification reward as an aerial firefighter by passing all three flying tests and by putting out 15 spot fires in less than 15 minutes.
