| USAAF B-24D "Kate Smith" 98th Bomb Group, 9th AAF |

File Description:
"Kate Smith" 42-40991 was a B-24D-120-CO which came off the production lines of Consolidated, San Diego. The art work depicts American Singer Kate Smith's theme song, "When the Moon Comes Over the Mountain". This ship was flown by the 1Lt James A Deeds to Ploesti on August 1, 1943. While taking part in the disasterous 98th BG attack on the Astra Romana-Phoenix Orion refinery complex, it took a direct hit in the cockpit area over the target at an estimated 250 ft of altitude. The aircraft caught fire in the bomb bay area and exploded mid-air. Miraculously, the copilot, 2Lt Clifton Foster was blown clear of the disintergrating aircraft and was able to open his parachute. Taken prisoner, he was the only survivor of the ten man crew.

File Description:
Fly the second mission of the serie Direct Fly and bring the passengers of flight Orbit (QX) 2609 saftely to Oakland. Test your skill by landing the CRJ-700 in pure weather conditions, only by using the instruments. The Mission based on the original fly of Horizon Air 2609 from Portland to Oakland International. As a new feature, the mission including a simulation of a ground alert system if you land at Oakland and a altitute alert system if you reach the different altitutes by climbing and descending. Requires only the Flight Simulator X with Service Pack 2. This file also including modified files for "Direct Fly 1" to correct the path of the flightplan and giving the mission the correct ID for the category of a airliner mission.

File Description:
This is the standard fs9 Cessna 172 with a custom panel to enhance learning the principles of Flight and Navigation. Large gauges are on the panel plus digital readouts for most of the gauges so that there will be no guessing of the readings. The view over the panel is 50% larger than the default Cessna 172. Not on the panel are most of the non-flying gauges such as fuel gauges, engine instruments, engine controls, etc. The intent was to keep the panel uncluttered. Thanks to Norman Hancock and Dave Bitzer for the non-standard gauge designs, and to Tom Goodrick for the great auto-start/auto-stop flight timer and to Kyle Copeland for the fine panel Bitmap. The Attorney General of the Republic is the head of the Attorney General´s Office and the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office of the United Mexican States, an institution belonging to the Federal Government´s constitutional autonomous organism that is responsible for the investigation and prosecution of federal crimes. and operated with the Embraer ERJ-135 aircraft with capacity for 37 passengers.
