EGLS Old Sarum

File Description:
This scenery was created using FSX Planner, FSX-KML & the Object placer tool from the FSX SDK. Old Sarum is one of the many airfields that are represented as just a grass strip in FSX. This package adds all the hangers and the included small Industrial Estate and also includes the roads that bound the airport. I have also used FSX-KML to correct the land class in the surrounding area. It also provides parking spots and ATC interaction along with some AI traffic to liven things up a bit.

Stavanger Sola (ENZV) Terrascenery

File Description:
This is my second scenery for Fly II. I was about to give up Terrascene, but Colin`s Terrashape brought new life to the process. All the original shapefiles for this project, except from small parts of the ponetp file, is re-drawn by hand. This scenery is also coarsely adjusted to the default elevation model in the area, and adapted to Jan`s airport scenery. Terrascene 2.1 is needed in order to make this scenery. The process is very automated, just put the files in the right places and hit the render button.

The flight briefing (Word and text) is for the default B737-400; it contains climb, cruise, top of descent and fuel loading details, waypoint timings and destination details.

File Description:
This file is another version to try for the default airport although i have added 100 gates/parking/cargo parking, (with a big thanks to Lee Swordy's latest version of AFCAD_2 which i used here) the main object was to tidy up the concrete areas around the airport including the removal of the grass around the front of hangars also the runways/taxiways/apron lighting has been improved and i have added a helipad at each end of the airport and both have been given lighting (fully tested with Ultimate Traffic but not required)

Bahai Virtual Aid Organisation Boeing 737-300

File Description:
The Baha'i VAO (virtual aid organisation) flies these two fictitious 737s on humanitarian missions around the world, with a similar philanthropic purpose to the Orbis project. This archive is smaller than the standard FFX repaint package because it contains only the two key textures in each repaint (fuselage and tail). It is assumed that you already have an FFX 737-300 available (preferably with blank textures). Instructions for setting up the two repaints in your existing setup are in the readme. Kudos to the creators of the FFX range of aircraft for a magnificent job.

Gateway Forest Products, Ketchikan, Alaska

File Description:
Gateway Forest Products in Ketchikan Alaska is another Alaskan dock facility for floatplanes. While that plant at Ketchikan does exist in reality, I modeled it from an existing plant in Montana, where I pulled veneer off the green chain many years ago. I left the loading doors open along the dockside of the plant, which allows good interior views of all the machinery. The interior is brightly night lighted, and all of the major aspects of plywood manufacture in a typical plant are there, right down to the interiors of the restrooms.

Chicago O'Hare International Airport (KORD) AFCAD

File Description:
The original AFCAD file, named KORDBB.txt, is an FS2002 facility file for the Chicago O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, Illinois. It adds as many gates as possible to the airport. The gates are logically labeled, but may not reflect their real-world equivalent. Boyd Barker's goal was to add 'life' to the airport, not recreate an exact replica of the real thing. The revised AFCAD file, named KORDBB_gatenum.txt, includes gate numbers based on info. from the O'Hare airport's web site, http://www.ohare.com/ohare/terminals/terminal.shtm. All runways are available for FS2K2 to select the active.

AFCAD File for Bill Melichar's Version 2 Piarco International Airport (Fixed)

File Description:
This is the AFCAD file for Bill Melichar's version 2 Piarco International. I'm not sure about the taxiway designations so if they need to be changed, dend me an e-mail.This is an updated file for my previous piarco afcad which had a error causing no a.i. craft to be at the gates. This was due to the old terminal and the new one having the same gate numbers; FS used the old terminal's gates instead of the new terminal's. It was fixed by using the old terminal for cargo ops only.

Huygens

File Description:
This add-on simulates the Huygens mission to Titan. It begins on the 25th December 2004 at 3:08 UTC when Huygens was released from the Cassini spacecraft. The entry, descent and landing of the Huygens probe on Titan is also simulated. The descent of Huygens in the Orbiter Space Flight Simulator has been simulated using known aerodynamic properties of Huygens and entry, descent and landing events. An improved mesh model of the aeroshell, probe and parachutes are included. For the add-on to operate Vinka’s spacecraft.dll module is required.
