File Description:
Kirkbride Airfield located in Cumbria, England. This scenery is designed to complement UK Photo Scenery. It was made using Horizon GenX but may work equally well with Just Flight. This has not been tested. All custom models have been made by Ted Andrews. The AFD file together with a scenery blend file, AGN scenery and AI traffic (Air & Road)have been made by Tony Meredith. Additional Scenery files by Gerry Winskill. Users of the previously limited circulation CIX version who already have Ted's buildings/Tony's AGN are welcome to use those parts of this file that they wish to further enhance the CIX model.

File Description:
This file is a version for the default airport with 33 gates/parking/cargo parking and for the heli pilots i have added 3 helipads that are spread around the airport, airport views are from the roof of the control tower (only when you are in TOWER view) for those that have Lee swordy's wonderful afcad_204 found here at Avsim.com can lower the tower height by 30ft you will then be inside the control tower but may find the tinted glass to dark to see clearly especially at night time, taxiways realigned, and all taxiways now have lighting and both runways also have improved lighting.

Val-U-Prop CargoLiner Gets Saddam!

File Description:
The CIA has reliable intelligence info on the exact whereabouts of Saddam Hussein. Believing (we hope correctly) that a lone DC-3 hedge-hopping (well, SAND-hopping) across the desert at low altitude can sneak its way into Baghdad, the agency has commissioned Val-U-Prop to perform a GPS guided bomb attack on the dictator. To maintain radio silence this is a GPS only flight. FS98 and FS2000 users may use ACS-GPS: FS2002 users can just drop the folder into "myflts" and it will pop up in flight planner. This is WAR folks. And Val-U-Prop must do its part! By James Underwood

Nome Sectional Chart

File Description:
I have always associated Nome with the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race of which I read first as a teenager some twenty years ago. The outpost really doesn´t make the news all that often. Do you plan to fly around the globe? Fairbanks - Nome may be your last leg on the American continent. If you don´t: "FAA urges all pilots operating in the Bering Strait area to take utmost precaution to avoid Russion airspace." While it can be used "as is" without any other software, it will develop its full potential if used as moving map with SimSystem´s FSFlightMax or FSGarmin.

Soviet Soyuz Tanker

File Description:
Based upon an early proposal for a Soyuz upper stage that was to be used as a refuelling vessel for long duration missions. This upper stage can refuel any docked vessel with up to two different propellant resources; the capacity of the tank can be configured in the scenario file, using a default value of 6000 kg. Using higher values is not advised since it may compromise the capability of the launch vehicle to lift this stage into orbit. This version introduces particle exhaust and a fix to the guidance algorithm that allows for multiple simultaneous launches. Based on original work bye mcdope and rjcroy

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (KFLL)

File Description:
This is an AFCAD file for Fort Lauderdale. This file has the larger planes utilizing RWY 9R/27L for take-offs, and 9L/27R for landing. This also has the smaller planes taking off and landing on RWY 13/31. All runways are used in this file. It's really neat to see planes on all runways, and watching them line-up for RWY 9L and 13. This file requires AFCAD and TTools by Lee Swordy, which may be downloaded at Avsim.com. This file also requires patience. There are three sets of intstructions to help you get this airport into your system. E-mail me if you experience problems.

The particular Registration # on this aircraft is N417UP. You may have seen a similar repaint like this created by me, this new zip includes features that were not previously embedded in the first release of the GMAX UPS 757-200F by me. These new features include: Belly is now painted, Passenger Door is greatly improved, and Main Cargo door is greatly improved. Nothing else has been changed.
